Penn Station East Coast Subs

I use to love coming to this location and now every time i go the fries are raw! i go out of my way to ask for extra crispy because usually they are not cooked enough. We went tonight and completely soggy and raw. We would eat here once maybe twice a week and now will not be continuing.

I ordered pick up subs from online, and then stood at the register looking at my bag of food for 15 minutes before they handed it to me. By the time i got everything home it was cold. I also ordered a reuben and it had more sauerkraut than corned beef and cheese.

My son and I came just for a quick bite and everything was PERFECT!! the food the service, the atmosphere!! Above and beyond!

If I could give this place a zero I would I tried to come and place a order at this location at 9 pm a whole hour before closing and the lady working wouldn’t open the door saying they are CLOSED A WHOLE HOUR PRIOR TO CLOSING ??? 🤨

My company order for them on Sunday and it was horrible. Could barely read with the order was they don’t let you put the name on the order when you order off-line so trying to read a blank piece of paper with only one line eligible so call them. The customer service is horrible with the two African girls that worked there on Sunday. Customer service is horrible.$200 wasted

Great subs and fries

I ordered a rueben and it had no sauerkraut on it. It was awful. I had to have it delivered due to I had a knee replacement of it would have been sent back. The lemonade was horrible.

The manager gave amazing customer service! I would suggest trying the lemon aid ?! She suggested it, and I ended up buying 2 lemon aids.
