The men working today (Joe and Bo?) went above and beyond to make my order just right! The service at this location is always so good. The guys are friendly and appear to genuinely enjoy serving customers!

I’m a professional comedian and magician and I was performing in Columbus. I ate at this Penn Station. Good food. Nice people working. Great wrap.

We have come here a few times and this location is amazing. Each time, Jobe has been working, he is so kind and friendly, truly makes a huge difference! The food is fantastic of course but the team here is great! Thank you for putting people first and having great food. Jobe would be my DM if I ran this area.

I stopped in here for the first time with some coworkers and I’d never had Penn Station before. When we told the manager that, he was so excited for us to try it! He made great suggestions and I ended up getting a cheesesteak, fresh lemonade and fries. Everything was fresh and so delicious! Service was great as well! Definitely will be back and will be telling my other coworkers at our office!

Ordered a dbl toasted sub a the sub seemed barely toasted, fries were practically raw, single worst experience I’ve personally had at Penn station … Panera or jersey mikes will be way better next time I want a sub…. I would call a complain about it but I’d prefer to never eat at this location again….

Sandwich are always done well. Fries are fresh and good as well. This is one of my favorite Italian subs.

I guess they don’t like customers coming in because when my husband walked in the door, the people that worked there sighed and went oh another customer.

I walked into this store searching for a late night request for food to bring to the hospital after my wife had our baby. I was instantly greeted and sincerely communicated with by an outstanding individual. He is also expecting a son. I wish you all the luck and your awesome experience with just a random perfect experience with human contact is gold and I hope that we all can share in this more. The staff are awesome and friendly.Even if they are about to close and you walk in...they still put on a friendly face and take your order right away.
