Huge thanks to the team at Penn Station! We placed an order for a chicken sub right before closing at 9:57 PM, and we really appreciate you taking care of us so late.
The sub was absolutely freshly prepared—the chicken was hot and the ingredients were crisp. It's awesome to receive such high quality and care, even at the very end of the night.

So slow and they completely messed up our order. Literally switched the toppings on my husband and I's sandwiches. Took 20+ minutes for two sandwiches. Never going back here.

I have no idea how you can’t love fresh squeezed lemonade and fresh made fries. Possibly depending on the workers who are there at the time… when I was there, everything was made in front of me.
Even a pickup delivery guy had to wait on the fries to be made for that order. I was impressed!
We had a BLT and a cheesesteak- both were scrumptious- I will definitely 💯 recommend to everyone I know.

Workers are extremely rude!!!!! Waited almost 30 minutes and my food ended up being thrown away in my face after I asked if they could refund the snack size sub and ring it out as a small instead for the Tuesday BOGO I was unaware about. I didn’t want any food remade. I even stated I was ok with receiving the snack size as long as I️ was not charged for it because I won’t eat an entire small sub. The worker was flat out rude along and said it isn’t their job to inform me of any promos going on and that he was unable to just void and ring up tje transaction again. Which is ok but he wanted to be argumentative & said “oh she’s not coming back in here again.” and instructed the other employee to throw my food away. Mind you, there were other customers inside. This is my first and last time going to this location.

Got there at 11:20 (they open at 11) there were 2 employees there. One of them was just like no one opened the store the grills are cold it’s going to be like 30 mins for a sandwich. Such a joke I don’t have time to wait 30 mins for a sandwich so I left. I don’t understand why there were 2 employees there but no one turned on the grill? It’s a common theme now, terribly run small businesses with lazy slow bad employees who just don’t care. Penn station has gone way down all across the board at all locations and it’s sad.

The sub was delicious. However, the person that took the order over the phone was very rude and was not cooperative at all, which has custom a customer. I will not be placing an order on the phone again if I were to choose Penn station, I would go in so that I could see face-to-face who I’m talking to and what I’m receiving

My order was for take out and not dine in, I got charged the taxes for a dine in order then told they couldnt do anything about it. The worker told me to call on Monday to talk to a manager and when I called I was literally laughed at that I wanted my few dollars back and they would not help me.

Workers on the phone were extremely rude and dismissive. 0/10 customer service , go get a better philly AND service at Charleys!

The men working today (Joe and Bo?) went above and beyond to make my order just right! The service at this location is always so good. The guys are friendly and appear to genuinely enjoy serving customers!

I’m a professional comedian and magician and I was performing in Columbus. I ate at this Penn Station. Good food. Nice people working. Great wrap.
