Waited 30 minutes for a chicken ceasar salad. I think the chicken was on the grill for the entire 30 minutes as it was so dry it was pretty much inedible.
We ordered breakfast and waited over 30 minutes. Still no food or anyone around. I asked for a refund and they said they refunded my money but couldn't give me a receipt.
The money was never refunded!!
Stopped into the PGA Tour Grill before my flight out. The traditional was a loaded plate of eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. It was horrible but the eggs were kind meh. Everything else was decent. The waitress was amazing and very tentative. It’s am alright stop at the John Glenn Airport

No lounges in CMH, so stopped here for breakfast. Good enough for an airport meal. Service was good and food was passable. Probably the best option in C Concourse.

The service was minimal; honestly if the barcode weren’t down; I’d have just used the online service. They were mopping while everyone was eating which smelled gross and immediately made all food taste like soap. We ordered fries as a side when she brought the lunch she said “we’re out of fries” which fine; they brought us chips as a substitute. Then at the end when we checked out she brought us the fries and I said no thank you and she charged me for them anyway. Things are expensive because it’s an airport but everything here was terrible, I’d rather overpay elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible experience. Worst customer service I have ever received. Ordered $30 worth of food, to wait 30 minutes to being told “it is what it is” when asking where my food was. The bartender and person working back of house/waitress definitely should not be in a customer facing role. We were ignored, lied to, and treated like we didnt matter. We were refused a refund, and ignored every time we tried to ask a question. The terrible waitress/bartender duo told us we couldnt have an estimate on food wait time, after waiting 20 minutes. We then found out the food we ordered wasnt even communicated to back of house. All 3 team members working on 7/15 were just so disrespectful. We almost missed our flight by 2 minutes - again, we were refused a refund. I would highly recommend a fire and hire a new team. Extremely rude, unhelpful team. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered a cheeseburger and I can say Wendy’s burger are better lol! The burger was thick, had zero flavor, and the meat was chewy. Side of fries had no salt and half burned. For the price point highly disappointed would not recommend.

Just okay! Ordered a lemon drop and wasn’t good so sour, no sugar rim. Also ordered chicken wings and they can out half hot and half cold. Will not be back.

I JUST walked out this establishment! I sat down for 20mins waiting to be served. While there I watched patrons who entered after me receive their drink orders and in one case, a gentlemen’s received his full two-person order. All this happened while the African American gentleman who should have been my waiter completely ignored me. A gentleman eventually sat next to me and he received a menu AND had his full rider taken while the waiter still ignored me. It was at this point that I got up and left. I ended up purchasing my lunch and Donatos down the hall from PGA Tour. Never again!

Wow-that was easily the worst $15 breakfast burrito I have ever had. The steak was so chewy that I ended up picking all of the meat out just to make the rest of it edible. Never, ever again. Woof.

The food was served warm, with fresh ingredients. The fries were very nice! My cocktail was good but I feel the prices were too high for such basic food but I guess you'll have that at the airport. It was a level 2 snow emergency and a single employee was tending to a fairly busy crowd and everyone seemed happy.
