A toasted sandwich roll with truffle mousse chicken pate, housemade butter, mayonnaise, fresh cilantro, cucumber, and jalapeno paired with pickled carrots and daikon with your choice of cold cut pork belly, grilled chicken or pork, or seasoned fried tofu, or grilled beef.

Staff was friendly enough even though they were closing within the hour. Food was good. Servings were decent. Pho had more noodles than we expected, which was a relief. 🤗🤗 Free parking across the street.

Vegetarian options: They had tofu options.

greated immediately. with prompt service ans the food cane out fast. the food quality was amazing. the kitchen is in veiw and extremely clean. the restaurant is overall adorable. it is kind of tucked at the end of easton as a nice little secret

I had high expectations because of the way this restaurant markets itself and pride itself on having higher prices on all their dishes than any Vietnamese restaurant in town, at those that I’ve been to. Well… I was pretty disappointed.

Service was below average. Our table had no napkins or utensils. We used the pho spoons and chopsticks.
