I am used to ordering at Piada in any online service, however, last night it was different. I have ordered 2 pennes; 1 with chicken fritte and the other one with salmon. My disappointment once I got home after picking up my order to noticed that I have received 2 chicken fritte. I understand that business hours can be busy, but not make that kind of mistake. Now, I have paid more for 2 chicken fritte for the price of the salmon which cost more than the others. I was too frustrated and far away to drive back and get an explanation for that mistake. But man, I don’t know if I’m gonna order anymore from Piada at this location when I wanted 2 different bowls. Jeeeezz

best piada in columbus the workers always treat me like family i go every week and they even learned my order and name so i feel like family here thanks to there amazing chef too rlly awesome dude
