They helped me figure out what ingredients would go well together for my pasta bowl and the parm sticks are delicious they’re now my favorite to get every time I go. The customer service was amazing. The place was clean.

I love the concept that Piada has absolutely nailed: Italian Street Food. That means all the components of what one would eat in Italy but you can mix and match and make your own invention. Everything here is being made fresh and you can go the pasta route, the wrap or bowl route with what you want. Micahla was so fun to work with as she helped me decide. I chose to wrap a nice helping of linguine in with chicken and sweet potatoes then douse it with two different types of sauces. It was amazing. I ordered each cheese bread and two dipping sauces and sat back and consumed it all slowly. I love Piada and look forward to being there when I am in Easton next! Thank you again, Micahla, I couldn’t have done it without you! You made it fun!

My tenders were cold and not crispy at all!!! The little girl in the white chef coat was INSANLEY rude!! The guy with the curly hair and the girl in the white chef coat were visibly making jokes about me in spanish. After that I didnt even want to tell them how cold my tenders were I just left because I didnt want to give them something else to talk about. NEVER coming back!!!!

The guy gave me his interpretation of what a farmers market should be because whatever was in my bag was not it. The lady who helped me in the beginning was polite and even asked him if we sure he was making the right salad...

Worst experience ever at a Piada! The first clue should have been that it was completely empty at 6:00pm. Food quality was mediocre at best but the staff was exceptionally rude. Especially the gentleman who appeared to be the manager. Stay away! There are far too many other options at Easton where they actually seem to like customers and care about the quality of their food.
