He literally stood in front of me cutting it and I'm wondering why he's taking so long to just out the piece in the dish. I then asked the cashier if that was the correct amount of protein I was given to which he replied affirmatively as he stuttered for an explanation. "It's just cut", is what he ends up saying, making no sense.FYI: If the servers are not paying for your food they should not be cutting the portions in ANY way. They were rude and need to come to an understanding of true service. Next time I'll just leave the food because I literally saw him standing there cutting the salmon into a smaller piece giving me broken pieces instead of a whole one.The flavor: The flavor was amazing. Everything fit together perfectly! However, the noodles were cold.The main reason for the drop in stars is the customer service, I still can't believe he was cutting the protein into a smaller piece to give me. SMH He spoke Spanish but I understood.

Let me start by saying I've never left a review for anything or anyone! I know places have their good days and their bad days but THIS Piada is always on their A game! They never miss a beat! I've been to plenty of other Piadas! As soon as I step foot inside this one they ALWAYS greet me and my family! It's nice to see everyone have a smile and you can tell they all enjoy working with one another! I didn't know that they were supposed to mix the pasta in a warmed pan until I came to this location! It's nice to see what looks like the manager (wearing a white coat) on the front line and attending to the customers! The food is always delicious and this place is always SUPER clean! Definitely my favorite location!

Great food, fast service and a very wonderful staff. These people are great! They recognized we were gong to a show and got the food out quickly and even added a great service to our table - thank you - wonderful place!
Italian alike fast food. Great for a pick and go or for a quick lunch break. Buffet like service were you pick and build your own pasta or salad combination. Great for groups with plenty of seating alternatives.

Ordered for work lunch. I ordered the basil pesto bowl with penne pasta and grilled steak. Added some mushrooms and zucchini, roasted broccoli and came with an Alfredo sauce. The picture of the bowl online looked as if they would toss the pesto throughout. Unfortunately it was just a dollop on the top. The Alfredo was just poured on and not tossed either. The steak was bland and chewy. Overall, not really satisfied and did not finish and ended up tossing. I don't like to waste food but there was something off about the meal. Additionally ordered the piada garlic bread but it was just OK. Previous meals I have enjoyed and were full of flavor, unfortunately not this time
