worst location in the city by far. terrible food terrible service and worst of all is that general manager. get a new one

This place has gotten a lot better. There was a time a couple of years ago where they kept screwing up our orders and we get home and find out they didn’t put the protein on it or the sauce wasn’t on it and the food taste it off. But they really for the most part. Turned it around. I eat here all the time now.

We normally go to the grove city location but decided to try out this one. Mid order some crazy lady in line started screaming about them sweeping the floor and “getting dust all over the food”. Clearly someone who’s never worked in a kitchen. The manager handled it well and comped our whole check for the inconvenience. They also had the piada pockets in stock which grove city never seems to. Definitely will be coming back!

I come to Piada pretty often, and honestly, it’s always a great experience. The food is super fresh and tasty, and I love how there’s so much variety to choose from. I’ve got a few favorites, but I still find myself trying new things because the menu’s so good. The vibe is relaxed, and the staff is always friendly, which just adds to the whole experience. Whether I’m in for a quick bite or hanging out for a bit, Piada never lets me down. Definitely one of my go-to spots!
