Piada Italian Street Food

The last four times I have ordered from this Hilliard location an item hasn't been in the bag. Not sure why but they struggle putting all of the ordered items into the bag.

Im a lifelong fan of piada, and have been coming since piadas started opening in columbus!! Ordered delivery through the app, and the order was originally handed to the wrong person. There was struggle trying to figure out the situation since they use doordash to deliver. Pamela was understanding, and after some figuring out, was able to refund me and she let me come in to get the order I wanted. I really appreciate her and the staff street I had a really long stressful day, and doordash was of no help.

I haven't ordered piada in a long time. I always seem to have issues with my orders. I decided to order from Uber eats today. My pasta has literally NO SAUCE. I asked for extra sauce. I work in the food industry, feels like my pasta was purposely left completely dry by a disgruntled cook upset by my request. Guess I should have saved my money and went literally anywhere else. Of course Uber eats won't refund me any money either.

Lady who took my order had an airpod in?? When i got charged almost $3 extra dollars for chicken some of it was cold and i had a hard peice of chicken. Nice seating though

First time visiting a Piada location. Liked the overall experience. Food was good, fresh. We had a good sample at the table: salads, pastas, wraps, pockets. Everyone liked what they ordered with little to no complaints. We will definitely visit again.
