This restaurant has the cleanest rest rooms I have ever seen. The food was excellent and the restaurant itself was spotless!! What a grew experience!!!

Excellent service and awesome food!

I stopped by Piada right before closing and had such a great experience! Even though they were out of a few things, Lopez, went out of his way to help me find something I’d enjoy. You can tell he really cares about the customers — thank you for ending my night on such a positive note!

The different flavor options are great at Piada, and for as fast as we got our food you wouldn’t think of what a quality, nutritious meal you’re getting. We also got sides, the piada stick with pepperoni and cannoli chips which were equally full of flavor and fresh. To top it all off, we were taken care of by Lopez and Adam who were kind and helpful!!

This place is absolutely amazing. I've had it once or twice in the past and the service was exceptional. Tonight the workers were Brandon, Shaun, and Lopez. They're professionalism was admirable and they were also extremely kind and knowledgeable on the menu. 10/10 Will certainly come again

What can I say first the employees great you and make you feel at home . Second the food is always hot and delicious. My family normally eats twice a week and we always will come to the Hilliard locations because of their great service . Also the manager Lopez is a great wonderful person and always have a smile since we met him

Lopez is the man.
Food slaps. Service was impeccable. Had a buddy in from out of town who had never heard of piada… Lopez answered his million and a half questions and the food was so fire my buddy now wants to franchise a bunch.
