Im a lifelong fan of piada, and have been coming since piadas started opening in columbus!! Ordered delivery through the app, and the order was originally handed to the wrong person. There was struggle trying to figure out the situation since they use doordash to deliver. Pamela was understanding, and after some figuring out, was able to refund me and she let me come in to get the order I wanted. First time visiting a Piada location. Liked the overall experience. Food was good, fresh. We had a good sample at the table: salads, pastas, wraps, pockets. Everyone liked what they ordered with little to no complaints. We will definitely visit again.
This place has gotten a lot better. There was a time a couple of years ago where they kept screwing up our orders and we get home and find out they didn’t put the protein on it or the sauce wasn’t on it and the food taste it off. But they really for the most part. Turned it around. I eat here all the time now.
