Ive been here twice and was super excited to try their pierogis and strogonoff. The pierogis were delicious both times and I absolutely would recommend them. However, this time I finally got the mushroom strogonoff. I ordered it as carry out and when I finally sat down to eat it I was horrified. Most of it was burnt and the entire dish tasted like nothing but fennel seed. I took a few bites hoping that I just happened to get a lot in the first bite but no. Im not a fan of fennelseed to begin with but i can deal with it to an extent. Mind you, traditional strogonoff does NOT have any fennelseed in it and had i known it was in there, I likely wouldn't have ordered it. I have seen a few decent reviews for the mushroom strogonoff, but no one had mentioned this aspect of it. The seeds were whole so you could see them all throughout the burnt sauce and in high quantities like this, it made my entire pasta taste like black licorice I 100 percent would not recommend.

Always a deal on a great meal! Tuesday is my favorite day at Pierogi Mountain because all pierogis are just $1.50 each!

Cute little place to eat. Pierogi was a little cold but delicious. Was under staffed when walked in but 4 showed up after we received our meals and got to moving fast.

Big disappointment. We stopped in to try the pierogies with excitement since we grew up with that type of food. We grabbed a seat and immediately felt sense of awkwardness. Still, we decided to stay and try it. We ordered all flavors of pierogies. We noticed a very bland flavor. There was no difference in the variety of flavors, except the curry one which was extremely seasoned and very bitter. Again all the way around a disappointment!

Like a punk rock beer hall with Eastern European standards done extremely well with creative flair. Anytime someone I know comes to cbus first stop is to climb the mountain.

Sauerkraut balls were delicious, fries were great. We got The Mountain which was basically a sampler of all the available pierogies. They were good but not exceptional. The potato latkes were good also.

Fun vibes here. It also moonlights as a punk rockish bar. Food came out very fast and was fun trying new flavors.

Very delicious food! Fast friendly service. Chicken paprikash is amazing comfort food, so good I thought about ordering a second round to take home. Pineapple & jalapeño pierogi was the best strangest thing I've had in a long time. You wouldn't think to put those flavors in a pierogi but it works! Highly recommend the tomato balsamic & basil pierogi as well. It made me think of a little margarita pizza. Thanks Pierogi Mountain we will be back!
