Pins mechanical is one of my favorite places to go to de-stress from a long week. Amazing drinks, awesome service, and an atmosphere that provides a lot to do. Duck pin is always a good time as well as playing the retro pinball machines. A lot of options on draft and tons of seating with aesthetic atmosphere. I also really enjoy the swings outback - I think this is a fun quirky touch!

I will not come back. I got food from food truck the waitress just come and say you will have to move because we have private party. However he did not say or gave any option where could stay with my son so I just left the place. I will not come back. If you are doing food truck make sure to make the customer feel welcome

In the hospitality and entertainment space Pins is awesome! Always a great time and the vibe hits 10/10 would recommend. I heard they made some new executives that are really changing the game.

This was the best 3rd space I've ever been to. I just wish there was one in NE Ohio because I loved it so much. An absolute highlight of my trip to Columbus. Between the games, the outdoor fires, swings, the games, this place will live in my memories rent free forever

Staff were friendly and the place was nice, but disappointed that almost every activity was exclusively reserved for a private event.
I love this place. The staff is friendly and the place is fun. But the flies about drove me crazy last visit. I love the openness of the building, Im just gonna avoid during the summer months.

I have been to this location before and stayed past 9 pm and the staff had no problem. Tonight it was past 9 pm and I figured they wouldn't let me in because I am twenty, but the guy at the door checked my ID and stared at it for a bit and said I was okay to come in. I went in and just wanted to play the pinball machines. The guy proceeded to follow me and my friends and said that because I was under 21 I had to leave. I said okay, but if you said I was good at the door after you already looked at my ID then that is your mistake and you have to deal with that. Why bother making a scene and walk us out if it was your mistake. I like Pins but like I just want to play the arcade machines. At least put a guy at the door that does his job properly or just live with your mistake. My last week in Columbus and just wanted to play some games. Definitely, will not be coming back to this location.
