The place is really great with a really good vibe. The pinball machines are state-of-the-art. The service is polite and attentive. Definitely be going back here!

Went here to wine and dine , they offer no food , and the servers don't work here. You order when you walk in and the human servers won't even approach you to welcome you in. The self serve system asks for a tip before any service is even done. Makes no sense. Tip - may not affect your experience. I wouldn't chance it Any place that serves up the tip screen before serving is ludicrous

We went to Pins downtown for Halloween and had such a great time! Loved the atmosphere. Anna from events was so kind and took fantastic pictures of our group — super friendly, helpful, and full of great energy :)

This place is great for our team outings. They have games to play (activities), and a wide assortment of beers (ales, cider, IPA, etc). They don't serve food themselves, but they usually have 2 food trucks on site for food. Big space, so there's plenty of room even if multiple work groups are having happy hour.
Pins mechanical is one of my favorite places to go to de-stress from a long week. Amazing drinks, awesome service, and an atmosphere that provides a lot to do. Duck pin is always a good time as well as playing the retro pinball machines. A lot of options on draft and tons of seating with aesthetic atmosphere. I also really enjoy the swings outback - I think this is a fun quirky touch!
