I love Pins, and I love the atmosphere. The only thing I didn’t like was that does me ordering pizza that I did not get to finish, because a worker decided to throw it away. I laughed about it initially until I went to get Help about it and they told me they couldn’t do anything and I had to buy a new one. All I asked was for 1 breadstick to replace it, lol.
I came here with my family. As I used to be a server, an area we were sitting in was left a bit messy. So naturally I started to clean it up. The MANAGER named TAYLOR noticed this and was so thankful of my behavior. He was extremely helpful and attentive and game my family a free game of bowling. We loved this place. It was our first time here and he made it memorable. We thank Taylor for her service and look forward to coming back again
I typically avoid this location which is harder to do since it’s the closest one to me. The bartenders at the main bar up front are constantly chatting and ignoring customers. I’ve been standing at the counter for over 10 mins while they chat, joke, are on their phones or take other patrons orders before mine who showed up after me. Definitely have felt there may have been racial discrimination as often times when this has happened I’ve been the only POC patron at the bar....
