Never ordering from the Parsons location again! Either the person who made my pizza couldn’t read or just didn’t care about making my pizza correctly. Ordered a meat lovers but got a pepperoni and green peppers pizza. Called to complain and got an answering service that referred me to corporate. Called corporate and they wanted to offer me 3 free pizzas that I would need to use within the next 30 day. After that experience, I never want to order from that location again! I requested a refund which she stated could take 3-5 business weeks days. I will be following up if I don’t receive my money!

Decided to try pizza hut after a while. This is not a pizza I would serve anyone. Cheese pieces on top were charred to a crisp without an opportunity to melt, and their was barely any sauce. Look, it's Pizza Hut. The expectation is mediocre but reliable quality. What I received was burnt and crunchy. Not a pizza that should be served anywhere. Didn't have time to drive back there since my daughter is hospitalized nearby, but I thought it needed to be said that this really failed as a pizza. No complaints about the staff or location, just got the pizza so wrong.
