Ordered delivery and did not receive my full order, tried to contact them and when transferred to the store on West Broad st. no one picked up. Since they went to using these delivery services the service has been terrible. Really disappointed with Pizza Hut. Will not order from them again.

This location is trash. They took over an hour to deliver my food, I called the restaurant multiple times and they would pick up the phone and hang it up immediately. When I finally got someone she was very rude said the oven was not working and wouldn’t refund my money because i didn’t have a way to the restaurant. When the pizza did come it was undercooked and the dough was very gummy. This location needs to be shut down.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I didn’t receive all of my items and was put on hold for 45 mins and they answered the phone and hung up. I ordered almost $60 worth of food and only received the pizza and pasta. Pick your food up instead. Or just don’t order from here. I’ve never had this issue w/ dominos.

Do not order delivery from here. They have messed up our order both times that we have ordered delivery from this location. This time every single thing was wrong with our $70+ order except the personal cheese pizza. Both times we have ordered AND PAID for items that did not arrive and when you call it goes to a call center who will advise that they cannot help you other than to transfer to the store. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to come for the phone before I finally gave up. It would be great for someone to reach out and make things right.

Decided to try this Pizza Hut on 1/4/25 on West Broad Street since it had been years I've had Pizza Hut. I ordered at the store a large 3 topping pizza and it was delicious. Was told it would be ready in 15 and it was indeed ready on time. The girl who took my order was very nice and the other staff seemed friendly as well. My only complaint was they need to sign closer to the street so people will know exactly where it's located (if you don't know exactly, you will easily drive by it). Quite pleased with my experience was will be back.

Worst customer service, do not understand how this place is even open, someone needs to come shut them down immediately. Everyone in this store is worthless.
Sat outside for over half an hour, the app said my food was ready but no one came to the door(it's locked with a doorbell) and it wouldn't let me cancel the order. The person who walked up to the door after sitting here for 20 minutes said "we aren't open until 3" and slammed the door on us and 3 other people who had placed orders and were waiting for food. (why let the mobile app place orders if that's the case???)

Would give 0 stars if I could. Put in an online order pulled in to pick it up and to my surprise the place is dark and locked up. I've now been on hold with whatever number I could get for 15 minutes someone picked up I told them the issue and they say "I'll connect you to the store." And put me back on hold... What good is it gonna do if no one is there!?! Why did you accept my order if you're not actually open!?! I work nights was trying to get something to eat so I could finish my day but now I'm gonna be up longer and still on hold waiting for someone to do something.... Anything! Get your shit together pizza hut!
