Avoid this place, terrible service. Place really tanked, hard. Orders constantly showing up late and incomplete. Todays order was handed off to 5 different drivers. The driver last time didn’t return with the food in hand and was not reimbursed. A small booth with 3 people working isn’t going to cut it, get with the times Pizza Hut. Every pizza chain has drivers, even smaller ones like Flyers, what’s your excuse? I’d be embarrassed to franchise this location. Do better.

Our last two deliveries were delayed for nearly two hours until the store was nearly closed, and then we had no recourse for getting the order corrected as they were so close to closing.
Our food (which wasn't even ours) arrived cold and dry.
This has been a recurring issue, and if you're able to order from another pizza franchise, I recommend it.

This was disgusting. I wasted $40 on basically cheese bread pizza. We did ask for extra sauce btw and this is what we got. Some dry pizza with a chewy crust.

Food was mediocre. Ordered 4 pizzas...1 was almost burned and the other 3 weren't burned, but definitely overcooked. I had to wait about 10-15 mins just to pick up my order because someone was on the phone taking an order. The other lady tried to help but there was only one working computer for them to use.

Ordered delivery and did not receive my full order, tried to contact them and when transferred to the store on West Broad st. no one picked up. Since they went to using these delivery services the service has been terrible. Really disappointed with Pizza Hut. Will not order from them again.

This location is trash. They took over an hour to deliver my food, I called the restaurant multiple times and they would pick up the phone and hang it up immediately. When I finally got someone she was very rude said the oven was not working and wouldn’t refund my money because i didn’t have a way to the restaurant. When the pizza did come it was undercooked and the dough was very gummy. This location needs to be shut down.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I didn’t receive all of my items and was put on hold for 45 mins and they answered the phone and hung up. I ordered almost $60 worth of food and only received the pizza and pasta. Pick your food up instead. Or just don’t order from here. I’ve never had this issue w/ dominos.
This has to be the worst pizza hut I've ever been to. ALL The staff preparing the food were not wearing gloves. When I asked, they mocked my request and said they don't have to. My carryout order was 30 minutes late, per the app and my order was incorrect. Don't go here.

Do not order delivery from here. They have messed up our order both times that we have ordered delivery from this location. This time every single thing was wrong with our $70+ order except the personal cheese pizza. Both times we have ordered AND PAID for items that did not arrive and when you call it goes to a call center who will advise that they cannot help you other than to transfer to the store. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to come for the phone before I finally gave up. It would be great for someone to reach out and make things right.

Decided to try this Pizza Hut on 1/4/25 on West Broad Street since it had been years I've had Pizza Hut. I ordered at the store a large 3 topping pizza and it was delicious. Was told it would be ready in 15 and it was indeed ready on time. The girl who took my order was very nice and the other staff seemed friendly as well. My only complaint was they need to sign closer to the street so people will know exactly where it's located (if you don't know exactly, you will easily drive by it). Quite pleased with my experience was will be back.
