Food was mediocre. Ordered 4 pizzas...1 was almost burned and the other 3 weren't burned, but definitely overcooked. I had to wait about 10-15 mins just to pick up my order because someone was on the phone taking an order. The other lady tried to help but there was only one working computer for them to use.

Decided to try this Pizza Hut on 1/4/25 on West Broad Street since it had been years I've had Pizza Hut. I ordered at the store a large 3 topping pizza and it was delicious. Was told it would be ready in 15 and it was indeed ready on time. The girl who took my order was very nice and the other staff seemed friendly as well. My only complaint was they need to sign closer to the street so people will know exactly where it's located (if you don't know exactly, you...

ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOR ANY ONLINE ONLY SPECIALS. Wings we ordered has very little sauce on them. Buffalo medium usually has some kick to them but what little sauce the was seemed watered down.
