Decided to try this Pizza Hut on 1/4/25 on West Broad Street since it had been years I've had Pizza Hut. I ordered at the store a large 3 topping pizza and it was delicious. Was told it would be ready in 15 and it was indeed ready on time. The girl who took my order was very nice and the other staff seemed friendly as well. My only complaint was they need to sign closer to the street so people will know exactly where it's located (if you don't know exactly, you...

ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOR ANY ONLINE ONLY SPECIALS. Wings we ordered has very little sauce on them. Buffalo medium usually has some kick to them but what little sauce the was seemed watered down.

I have ordered from this location for years and not sure what happened. WORST experience ever today. I arrived at the pickup time and had to wait an additional 30 minutes, there were 8 other people in line waiting also. When I finally received my pizza it was burnt and not as ordered. Will NEVER go back to this location again. The employees were very disorganized and looked dirty.
The manager was compensating everyone else who had a bad experience, but did not offer...
