I'm not giving a low rating because of the food; I'm giving a low rating because of the service. This might even be the fault of the DoorDash delivery person, but Pizza Hut didn't do a damn thing to help with the problem.
I placed a delivery order for a 1-topping New Yorker pizza, 1-topping stuffed crust pizza, and 2 orders of honey BBQ boneless wings (order # 139027402/ticket # 0067). The time from placing the order to receiving my delivery was pretty good. However, I saw that the DoorDash delivery person (Balla) only had my 2 pizzas but neither of my boneless wings. So I immediately called this Pizza Hut location to find out what happened. A gentleman answered the phone, gathered my info, and confirmed that my order did include both orders of boneless wings, but then he put me on hold. More than 10 minutes went by before I hung up, realizing I wasn't going to be helped at all.
I just want a refund for my missing food, some kind of credit applied to my account, or acknowledgement that I'd be able to drive to the store and pick up my missing food. NOTHING.

Horrid service in most cases you have to yell to get someone’s attention. Quoted times are typically double with no explanation or apology. The worst go elsewhere. Lastly the pizza has lost its core quality and flavor of past. Stripped down basic and bland flavor. Money down the drain.

Would five zero stars if possible.... can't even log in with my email now and can't access my account bc my email isn't linked to my phone number and it say... account already exists... no duh... just a way to wipe out everyone's points... smh... pizzahut is completely trash anymore

We had been wanting pizza hut for a long time, but didn't want to order from this location because of the negative reviews. There are no other locations close by, so finally we decided to take a chance and ordered online for pickup. Our pizzas were ready on time, cooked correctly, and had the same pizza hut taste we remembered. My only complaint was that I paid extra for the original pan pizza crust and it wasn't as thick (and therefore not as crispy) as it used to be. I thought they had accidentally given me the hand tossed crust. It still tasted good, but because I thought it wasn't what we ordered, I called and asked to speak with the manager. The guy the answered the phone was nice when I asked to speak with the manager and then she got on the phone quickly. The location is under completely new manager and the current manager, Ciara, provided really good customer service. She actually made the pizzas, so she knew they were the original pan pizza, yet she was still very nice about it and even gave us a store credit. I guess the corporation must have cut back on the amount of dough in the original pan pizzas, so they aren't as thick anymore, but that's not this locations fault. They did everything right here, so if you want pizza hut pizza, it's definitely fine to order from here, we definitely will again. To the corporation- please make your original pan pizza the same as it used to be. It's not worth losing full customer orders to save a tiny amount by cutting your dough.

So we ordered a pizza and it said it would be ready by 9:35. We got there at 9:40, didnt receive our pizza until 9:50. Not because it wasn’t done, but because all of the employees ignored us. We literally saw our bundle in the heater. Waiting. I even had my fiancé come in. We saw right through the back. There were three people, let’s just say “preoccupied”. It wasn’t until the two employees who were taking out trash that came to the front, we then received our pizza.

Placed order at 8:02 pm, get confirmation email and updates that order is being prepared. A hour after estimated delivery time, I call the store to see where my order is. The person answering the phone says “sorry but we’re closed early for the day” I say ok but what about my existing order. She says they stopped taking orders at 8 and her ques are shut down she has no existing ordered currently. I told her my order says it’s being prepared on the app. She told me they closed at 8 so no it’s not. When I ordered through the app it was obviously working. Order has not been voided on my credit card(I understand it can take a few business days but I don’t trust anything this store is doing at this point)I had to call them to find out this info there was no curtesy call, text, or email.
Incredibly rude staff who stood in the back talking while I qlwaited up front for 10-15 minutes staring at my food in the case. Will not be going back EVER!

Found a shard of GLASS in my pizza! Called the store, the manager said they don’t use anything glass in the kitchen. Argued that there is definitely glass in the piece I just ate and the manager said to bring it in for proof. Manager was dismissive and did not take it seriously.

I came in on a Tuesday, and the two Latina baddies at the front greeted me with a warm welcome, they had an amazing attitude and were very helpful and the food was good.

I'm disappointed. I ordered delivery and the total for the pizza was less than $20. I was a little confused why I was paying close to $30 for the order. Then I realized they use a 3rd party delivery service and I was paying for that (not including the tip). I'm not a fan of door dash, Uber eats. There's less accountability using 3rd party delivery services and it's much more expensive.

Ordered the Big Dinner Box which is supposed to come with a rectangular pan style pizza. They sent a different kind of crust, and it was a round pizza. Not that the shape matters, but the crust definitely does. It was AWFUL! Had door dash reorder for us and 1.5 hours later they sent the exact same thing. Also, when I called the store to check on the status of my order since it had been over an hour the lady said “I’ll have to transfer you, this is a call center “ and hung up. Never again will I order from this location.
