Found a shard of GLASS in my pizza! Called the store, the manager said they don’t use anything glass in the kitchen. Argued that there is definitely glass in the piece I just ate and the manager said to bring it in for proof. Manager was dismissive and did not take it seriously.

I came in on a Tuesday, and the two Latina baddies at the front greeted me with a warm welcome, they had an amazing attitude and were very helpful and the food was good.

I'm disappointed. I ordered delivery and the total for the pizza was less than $20. I was a little confused why I was paying close to $30 for the order. Then I realized they use a 3rd party delivery service and I was paying for that (not including the tip). I'm not a fan of door dash, Uber eats. There's less accountability using 3rd party delivery services and it's much more expensive.

Ordered the Big Dinner Box which is supposed to come with a rectangular pan style pizza. They sent a different kind of crust, and it was a round pizza. Not that the shape matters, but the crust definitely does. It was AWFUL! Had door dash reorder for us and 1.5 hours later they sent the exact same thing. Also, when I called the store to check on the status of my order since it had been over an hour the lady said “I’ll have to transfer you, this is a call center “ and hung up. Never again will I order from this location.

Ordered cheesy pasta and got chicken instead. Called store and spoke to a very rude manager who hanged up. That's that. Only order from here if you have lots of time, money and patience to waste.

Was very skeptical because of the reviews, so I did an afternoon delivery when I thought they’d be less busy. The driver was very communicative & the food showed up on time. It wasn’t the best ,but it wasn’t the worst.They did provide the wrong shaker seasoning, I called & couldn’t get anyone on the phone. But I’d give them another try.

Have been trying for resolution since January. Promised at least 4 to 5 times I would be contacted as late as two weeks ago and still nothing. Company has gotten two big they truly don’t care. I have called corporate to no success and keeps referring me to store where still there is no response. Just a cycle of no one wanting to take responsibility

Attempted to place an order when they were supposed to be open. I was sent a DoorDash link for the delivery which was then canceled by DoorDash. After which I was on hold with their call center for 30 min to try to figure out what was going on. I eventually gave up and drove to the location which does not have anyone there and all the doors are locked despite signage at the location stating they should be open.
This location needs closed. It's DIRTY, your shoes stick to the floor and there are NO workers. I originally felt bad for the guy Ken who was working bc he was there alone and I was going to tell him such and that I hope his managers appreciate him for it but when a door dasher who came in way after me tried to cut in front and I told the dasher no, I'm next I've been waiting almost 15 mins Ken decided to get an attitude with me. Started shaking his head and snickering stating no I hadn't. I replied that I knew what time I got there and that it wasn't a complaint towards HIM but to the dasher to wait his turn and he decided to keep on with his attitude and shaking his head at me and arguing about the time. Mind you, 4 of us came in during that 15min period and he was in the back THE WHOLE TIME. Didnt even get a yell from the kitchen for acknowledgement anyone came in or that he would be with us when he could. That nasty and completely unecessary attitude of his got his compliment turned into a complaint. Go figure. Just close down
