The food was ok but we went thru the drive thru and they forgot some of the order. I don't think it's our responsibility to make sure we have all of the order went people want 20.00 an hour and want tips for saying hi. Then the manager didn't show much concern when I called and it took 3 min to talk to him . I was half way back to the store when he answered the phone.

Was told 15 mins for pick up. When I arrived, I end up waiting 30 minutes for 1 cheese pizza. Shit wasn't well done like I asked. I'll never go back

I ordered off the Pizza Hut app, took an 1 hour to arrive. Once the food had arrived, one pizza looked fresh and the other look like it was just reheated. Unacceptable. I also purchased with a deal and asked for a refund, and was only refunded the amount for one pizza. The deal was, buy a pizza, get one free.

The young guy that waited on us was really nice and polite. I can't remember his name but he had a skull tattoo on his hand. Food was really good and fast too.

My delivery was missing two items. They did not call to ask if I wanted any substitutes or cancel the order and just sent it out as is. I even had to call to actually get the 2 missing items refunded. Would give 0 if I could.

Never delivered my food but it says delivered when I call the manager hangs up as soon as I say it hasn't been delivered just to call back get put on hold and some punk ass kid goes yeah it's on its way, they don't want your money this place is bothered you would even order, save your money get anything else, your tracker is false and no one knows if It's gonna be door dash delivery or your unenthusiastic drivers who never seem to be on time, I'm sick of big corporations passing off the problem the workers and customer

We ordered through the app, and once we arrived to pick up our orders, they're all so hot and freshly made. I love the amount of toppings on each pizza we had, but the fries I'd say, was a little amount than I expected.. Anyway, the garlic sauce is so delicious, and so are the rest of our orders.

Ordered online ETA for the whole delivery was supposed to be 30 to 40 minutes after 30 minutes the DoorDash driver got so tired of waiting he left I called the store they put me on hold and then never came back after sitting on hold for another half hour I had to go to DoorDashes customer service which then they just cancel the order so I don't even know if I'm going to get my money back.....

So can someone explain to me why no one is wearing gloves when making pizzas and touch over 5 different things while doing so that alone is unsanitary... probably my last time eating at any pizzahut cause before this they bare put the correct amount of toppings on my pizza and burnt them I guessing this what's happens when the workers are underpaid and not appreciated homemade will be the route I'll go before I eat out again ps they looked at me stupid when I asked why aren't no one wearing gloves when making the pizzas I understand at other restaurants the cooks the only one allow not to wear gloves....

We normally don't have any issues with this location, but we definitely will not be ordering here again. Paid extra for toppings that they didn't put on our pizza, paid extra for cups of marinara that we weren't given, order was delivered by DoorDash because they have no delivery drivers. We tried calling to let them make it right, but kept getting routed to an outsourced call center for ordering. Once we finally got a hold of the store, the employee that answered the phone was clearly outside and had to run in to get someone else to handle the problem. Manager gave us a $10 credit that we have to call in to use and immediately hung up. No apology. I understand things like this happen and I was nothing but patient throughout, only to be treated like an inconvenience. Hopefully the bank will give us our money back since Pizza Hut clearly does not care to. $25 for a pizza and extra sauces and you can't even double check it? Disappointing.
