First off, this service is terrible. Y'all will hire any and everybody just because. I ordered the dinner box and it was supposed to be here by 8:40pm. How is this location still open is beyond me. Y'all need to fire whatever half manager that is there and get someone who can actually get orders out on time. Seeing all the negative reviews goes to show whoever the owner of the store is needs to clean house.

terrible service not going to lie, i ordered 3 pizzas and 18 wings, i ended up paying for them and the guy came with just two pizzas and my wings were missing and also the other pizza, i called almost 8 times, they would either hang up on me or leave me on hold for minutes, terrible store, terrible service.

This place need to get it together,I just move over here and I call to make an Oder to get the right pizza I want for my kids and all the person was concerned about is to get my phone number and Oder stuff I might not want on the pizza,that’s beyond sad cause every customer should be respected instead of trying to hurry them of the line . It makes no sense . The called only lasted for two minutes and he shut the call. We are the reason why the business is out here running .some people might be out of state in town . So why be rude and inpatient if u dnt have passion for the job

I called for an order at 8:35PM and they said they would deliver it in 30-35 minutes. 45 minutes pass and they say 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes pass and they lie saying the store’s phone number was off and constantly that they would contact me. They intentionally hung up on me every time I re-checked my order status. Never got food. They even now, continued to hang up and avoid sending an order. What kind of place is that?

Left me at pick up windowfor at least 10 minutes without acknowledgment and never bothered to thank me for waiting. Pizza was to have double pepperoni but did not. The pizza was not cut completely through and was semi warm.

I found a yellow paper label on a mushroom on my pizza that had obviously been on the floor, which means they are selling food that has been on the floor. That’s bad enough, but when I tried to get online customer service they asked me literally 20 questions that they could have easily found using my order number. I’ve been a customer my entire life but I will never eat at a Pizza Hut again. Never.
The food was ok but we went thru the drive thru and they forgot some of the order. I don't think it's our responsibility to make sure we have all of the order went people want 20.00 an hour and want tips for saying hi. Then the manager didn't show much concern when I called and it took 3 min to talk to him . I was half way back to the store when he answered the phone.

I ordered off the Pizza Hut app, took an 1 hour to arrive. Once the food had arrived, one pizza looked fresh and the other look like it was just reheated. Unacceptable. I also purchased with a deal and asked for a refund, and was only refunded the amount for one pizza. The deal was, buy a pizza, get one free.
