First time ordering here, presentation wise it was not good. My wings bowl was smashed in the also shorted me on my wings. The wings didn’t not look fresh at all. More like they been sitting all day. Plus just thrown together “they didn’t even try” I didn’t even eat them (The pizza was ok) Won’t order again.

This was the single worst order that I have ever had from any pizza establishment. I requested extra sauce. There was little to no sauce detected on any slice. The crust was super dry and broke off into sharp shards. The crust was so thin, that there were holes in it. The meat lover's melt was similar. Also, there were large chunks of solid fat in it. The filling was dumped directly onto the container and glued on by the cheese with a dry crust sitting on top instead of enveloping it. Apparently, whoever made this order does not care in the slightest about the customer or maintaining any sort of standards. It also reflects negatively on management and Pizza Hut as a whole. I don't eat pizza frequently, but the few times I do order, I expect it to be edible at least.

Just wanted to write a review about a very sweet employee at this location and I wish we would’ve got his name. My mom and I were volunteering to do a litter clean up around the neighborhood and surrounding area. We had been cleaning up 161 area for a while and later drove down to park in the Pizza Hut parking lot to clean up that side of 161. We got out of the car and he started talking to us out of the drive through window. Said we were welcome to park there and said he appreciated what we were doing and then said we could use the dumpsters when we were done. After cleaning up that side for a while, he came out to us with a small pizza box and said he just made it for us for working so hard. That was so sweet and we really appreciated it. The pizza was amazing and it was a combination I never would’ve tried myself but might be my new favorite now, Chicken, sausage, and red peppers.

Food was cold website was down over charged 3 times and when I showed up to the store it was packed and people had been waiting for an hour! We left! By the time we got home they was delivering our food! How!!!

Honestly disgusting what they sent us out of there kitchen first time ordering Pizza Hut in a while and I was excited to get some of their breadsticks this is what we received with are pizza. Dried day old crust and we didn’t even order the cheese breadsticks this place should be inspected honestly could be a health

I came into this location and ordered inside the store. The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. I decided to go back to my car to wait for the pizza and the manager went the extra mile and brought the food out to my car when it was ready. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious.
The employee that works at this location is so rude and needs to be trained how to treat customers and they need to look into her possibly being drunk on the job she was so horrible to me and my husband that I will never get food from this location

This place sucks! Came in to sit down to eat (1/23/24 4:00pm) and woman behind the counter saw us. Continued to sit with nobody saying a word to us for 15 min. Went up to the counter, she was in the same place as when we walked in. I asked do they do dine in she says yes and continues to ask for my phone number ? Not sure what kind of employees they have but I won't be back! Simple.
