Worst Pizza Hut location I’ve ever been to. Sat at the drive thru window to pick up my order and waited 10 min before having to call inside to tell them I was at the window and then was hung up on. I went around to the front door and knocked on the front window , which was locked and completely dark inside, for a couple minutes. He saw me and signaled me to come back to the drive thru window. He was rude when I got back to the drive thru and there is only two people in their tiny kitchen and couldn’t answer the window. I left without the pizza.

Was delivered the wrong pizza. Customer service when calling in to get it corrected I was hung up on twice, 3rd call in I said I got the wrong item delivered, was told someone was on their way with the correct pizza and hung up. Didn’t even get my name or address. Very rude not a pleasant experience. Over an hour passed by and that and still no pizza. I should have known the pizza would not come, unlikely they even knew who I was when I called and they rudely dismissed me.
Called back in to get a refund as in that time i had to make food for my young kids and was not looking to call again to get another pizza made and sent to me.
Called back in to get a refund and they could only offer me store credit. Made a complaint with Pizza Hut corporate. I don’t want store credit I want a refund as I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut in the future.

Pizza was delivered on time and so hot we couldn't even eat it right away...which is a VERY GOOD THING!!! I have been craving Pizza Hut for months and this location finally started delivering to us, as all other nearby locations had closed for good. It was greasy, hot, cheesy, and delicious. Very good job, guys!

Forgot wings or eaten by Door Dash. Called store, their Indian call center answered stating call back in 15m store is offline. Sent email. Customer Service stated they have 3 days to respond. Its been 2 and nothing. Disputing credit card.

This location really needs training on customer service. I placed an order and when I received it, it's not what I wanted. I had a feeling it was my fault but I called to double check. The guy was very defensive when I asked very nicely to double check what I selected because my order wasn't right. The food is not good. It's dry. They barely use sauce on any of the pizzas. I ordered a few times because they are cheaper. Each time I've had a negative experience. Sawmill and hard rd location needs extra training or new employees.

I was up in Dublin and in the mood for pizza so I popped in and everyone was really nice and the pizza was amazing. I will definitely drive to Dublin for pizza and service this good!!!

(Edited because I had typos) Have been ordering a Medium Cheese Pan for the last year (to the tune of $20+, where $5 is a delivery fee (typically executed by door dash)) with a side o pizza sauce. But was just informed that's not enough money $$$ to justify a delivery (mind you again, 25% of the total cost is going to the delivery fee), maybe just stop offering a delivery service if you're gonna foolishessly make it that restrictive. Sucks because this WAS my favorite pizza and has been since childhood (like rewarding me with reading 5 books on grade school got me a personal pan pizza back then (which intensely drove me to read), but never again Pizza Hut! Congrats on permanently losing a customer for life, Jack wagons! (Can't use profanities here, but my God do I want to!) My disappointment is immeasurable....

I ordered a large pie that included sausage and bacon. The smell alone was weird, but the taste was even worse. I still can't tell if it was the sausage or bacon that smelled and tasted weird but it didn't make for a good experience. Idk if they used old food, but it wasn't fresh.
Just placed a pickup order on Door Dash a short while ago. Get there to pick it up & some old fat guy tells me he needs proof I paid for it. Showed him my doordash order on my phone & my bank account's recent transaction history. Dude still wouldn't hand me my food. Something about not seeing it being paid for on his end. I just canceled the order on Door Dash & left. I guess he strongly believed I was lying about paying what 6.99 for a personal pan hut box. Smh

Skimping on sauce as 'normal' now. My wife has ordered the same pizza without cheese from here periodically for months now, and this was the first time she's gotten one with barely any sauce on it. I checked and we didn't select light sauce, so I took the pizza back in to have them remake it. I was told that was the appropriate amount of sauce, and they would charge me if I wanted another one.
I'm so tired of every company skimping on food while increasing prices, but to be told that is just how it is supposed to be is such crap. Already stopped going to another pizza place closer, sad we won't be going here anymore either. Guy wasn't able to give me a refund so someone is supposedly doing that tomorrow, but I won't be surprised if I have to fight them on that too.

Expected me to wait while they baked a pizza for someone else till I could grab the pizza I pre-paid for. Pizza was not up to what I expected for Pizza Hut. Jets pizza and Dominoes have yet to disappoint, just wanted something different for our weekly order. Wont make the mistake again.

We ordered a pizza and when they delivered it we didn’t hear them call or knock. Chaotic night getting the kid ready for bed. We called back and they came right back out and delivered the pizza. It was our fault we didn’t hear them so we appreciated them coming out a second time for us and the delivery driver was very polite and understanding. Thank you!
