I order pizza with extra chicken but there are slices which have no chicken on it

Terrible. Order delivered through door dash now... Bad business decision. Aside from that, the order was missing items and not at all made as ordered. If you try to call, you'll get a call center. They'll transfer you to the store but no one will answer. Absolute garbage establishment and functionality. Used to be solid. The recent reviews support my statement

Uses Doordash to wash their hands of ANY delivery issues! Doordash problem IS your problem! Losing a customer IS a problem! Unsealed box too....get with the times!!!!

This was by far the worst pizza experience I’ve had. The vegetables were spoiled and smelled bad, and the dough was completely undercooked and raw. We couldn’t eat any of it and had to throw everything away. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money. I had to give 1 start because I have post it else this does not even deserve ratings.

Placed at deliver order at 12pm to be delivered at 6pm. I received a notification at 5:36 that it isbeing delivered by DoorDash with a link to track the delivery. Via the link I watched the driver arrive at the Pizza Hut location at 5:45 and status changed to DRIVER WAITING FOR ORDER. At 6:10 with no update I called Pizza Hut and their call center transferred me to the store and I was put on hold for a few minutes while the employee checked. He came back to the phone and said they must have given my order out to someone else. I had paid for it when I placed the order at noon, thinking it would be delivered at 6pm as my family has a prior obligation at 7pm. At this point, it is now 6:30pm and the DoorDash status stille says DRIVER WAITING FOR ORDER. I felt bad so I sent a message to the driver via DoorDash that I would tip additional money in cash upon delivery. This is the 2nd time in a row this location has dropped the ball. Last time I ordered it took almost 2 hours to be delivered, and we had already made someothing else by that point. When I tried to call that time and was transferred no one picked up. The DoorDash driver reached out to me and said there was only 1 employee there at the time and he was on his own, and there were 8 other people waiting for their pick ups or deliveries. Pizza Hut has terrible customer service, Avoid this location.

Too hit or miss on order accuracy. Shouldnt be that hard to get an order right, especially a pepperoni pizza. Have had orders here where clearly the yeast and or dough was old. Just seems like there is little attention to detail

I ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and an order of cheese bread. The pizza and breadsticks were the best I have received from any Pizza Hut anywhere. It was fresh and ready to go at the scheduled pick up time and I was waited on in a timely manner. So good!

I officially cross pizza hut OFF my list. I had a terrible experience last year and decided to try this location...but they ruined it for pizza as a whole for me. I ordered my food and it was made a delivered in 15 minutes. BURNT, NO SAUCE AND NO FLAVOR.
Had an absolutely horrible experience at this location. Ordered over the phone and arrived at the pickup time at their carry out window. I sat at the window while the two cooks walked past making eye contact with me for over 10 minutes no one came over. I finally pulled over came inside and a guy walked over. I have the name I ordered with and he told me he didn’t have the order. I told him I ordered over the phone and finally he found my order turns out the call service recorded it with my husbands account even though I was the one ordering and never gave his name or account info to them. The guy was rolling his eyes as he pulled out the order I had watched them put in the hot box as I pulled up to the window (so it had been ready for 10 minutes) and I said I was waiting by the way am I not supposed to use that window? He rolled his eyes again and said that yeah you can we’re very busy. Meanwhile I say there and watched them put in the last pizza and wander around looking through the window at me and doing nothing. I said I would have appreciated you to at least come let me know itd be a few minutes. He laughed rudely and said I don’t know what you want from me lady we’re busy. And I said customer service goes a long way and he told me so does being nice you have a good day in a very mean voice. The food has been done and waiting for over ten minutes while I say there and they watched me waiting and never helped me. I asked for his name and he laughed and refused to give it to me and I left bc it’s not worth the trouble. I’ve been a server a long time and I would never be so openly rude to a customer. I go out of my way to be nice to people that are clearly overworked. These guys were absolutely terrible and I would not recommend. For the record we’ve never had a problem with this place before now

Unacceptable business practice. I ordered and paid for food through pizza huts call center for pick up then the store was not open. When a staff member came to the door he was extremely rude. Shooed me away and said he wouldn’t open until 4pm. The door and website clearly states they open at 10am. I waited on hold for 40 minutes and counting with no refund issued.
