This location is REALLY stingy with the breadstick seasoning. The order I received the other night probably had a tablespoon of seasoning over all 5 breadsticks, which they never properly cut up so you always wind up with a big slab of bread every time. I tried to complain on a survey they gave me but the survey asked for a code that didnt exist, so they clearly dont want the feedback.
Man, I miss 90s Pizza Hut.
I called the restaurant to make sure there was sauce on my pizza. And it still came out like a barren trove. Infuriating because I was assured sauce would be on the pizza and it’s like someone used did a toss like salt bae. I JUST WANT A PIZZA MAN.

This was not a walk in and sit down kind of joint, more of a pick up and go home to eat it. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, but the guy was on the phone so I understood.
The food was very greasy, and dry at the same time. Pizza was tough to eat. We just got chicken and a cheese pizza.

Why’s it so dry? Not the Pizza Hut I remember. I think I went there right before close.
Soft lighting + comfortable seating create a cozy atmosphere while waiting for pick-ups. Customer service is always exceptional.

Will not be going to Pizza Hut for awhile. I orded a pizza and drink through Uber Eats. The delivery driver delivered the drink but no pizza. When I called the store the manager stated all I ordered was a drink and take it with Uber Eats. Why just get a drink when I could have gotten one from the hotel I was staying at. Long story short I paid $8.00 for a 20 Oz. drink to be delivered.

This pizza was phenomenal! Usually when we order delivery, they’ll cut corners because of course we’re not going to do anything about it. Not here! I opened the lid was floored!! PERFECTION!!! Thank you!

So far everything’s been good. Food’s always been accurate and fresh. Only complaint would be that the pizza is never cut all the way through, but five stars otherwise.
Forgot my pasta and burned my cheesesticks, barely put any cheese, and didn't even bother cutting them. Its dry, the manager had a bad attitude. Didn't even feel comfortable to ask them to remake the cheesebread.
On Friday, 5/30/25, we ordered a pizza at 7:19 pm. At 7:36 pm we received a text saying the order was out for delivery. 5 minutes later I checked the Door Dash tracking and it said the driver was waiting for the order. Another 5 minutes and the same thing. 10 minutes later the tracking said the order was cancelled. No call. No text. No explanation. I called 6 times and 3 times no answer. 3 other times it was a call center in India and they did not want to help, just transferred me to the store which never answered. My card was charged. I contacted Pizza Hut that evening via the customer satisfaction service and the next day through the app. No response whatsoever. It’s been 4 days and no contact. I filed a BBB complaint and disputed the charges on my credit card. Horrible experience, horrible customer service and horrible company.
