This Pizza Hut is close to south campus. The food is always baked freshly about 15min when I order in store. Their pizza is cheap but tastes not impressive. Good thing is that they have personal pizza with a small size. The Alfredo pasta is my favorite with decent creamy sauce and free bread sticks. Service is friendly and WiFi is fast. I used to visit Pizza Hut a lot when I was young. But Pizza Hut in Asian is totally different from that in the United States.

My pasta came in a box; the pasta tin had no lid. The cheese was burned and flavorless. My pizza had more crust than sauce and toppings. If workers aren't going to do the job right, why work? I get it gets busy, but really.

Ordered online from the Spectrum store right next door. Food was actually ready in half the stated time and delicious. Cashier was very friendly and outgoing. N High St store. Around 3:30 pm on a Friday.

You have to reach a certain level of apathy to cause me to leave my first bad review. And boy, I’m going to cook. The pizza looks as if it was dropped on the ground and then served to me. I’m not even kidding. I called after an hour and a half or so after I had placed the order - the man on the phone put me on hold and probably went and threw my entire pizza in the box after not letting me finish my sentence. Alright, long night. I’m forgiving. We all have bad days. Because shortly after that call, my pizza was magically in the door dash driver’s hands. Cool, happy! On the way. Heck yeah! Didn’t care how long it took, was just looking forward to a nice pizza like the last time I ordered here!
This is as if I had to nudge someone to remember to hand the poor delivery driver the food. (Hooked him up good) Could tell by the crust it’d been sitting a while. I know management positions are a nightmare inside and out. However, being put on a hold indefinitely and told something about waiting for a manager that’s not there after I politely called and said, “Hey man. Not trying to rustle your feathers, I’m not mad at you. But what’s going on, my dude? Been almost 2 hours.” I kinda don’t want to pay for this anymore because I’ve never had a delivery take this long in my life coupled with the fact it looks like it was used as a toiletry device and caressed with how the cheese blanketed the crust underneath . I mean, look at it below LOL?
Yes, it’s a Saturday night. But phew. Was trying not to be a pain today. I had to lift the pepperoni to the left out of the center of pizza. It was plopped right on top. Sealed box, wasn’t the driver. Which indicates some serious frustration on someone’s end-and my box of pizza being chucked or something. Because it’s a box within a box. Their bundled, festive, triple stack box thingy protects the boxes inside. So that shows, my pizza fiasco was before it entered the cute decoration. Dang. What an awful and wasteful experience.

This place just is ridiculous like I’m just gonna post a picture and I think that will speak for itself. All I can say is that if people are gonna be spending money at your establishment you can at least give them their moneys worth and not skim them on just half doing your job. I literally flipped the wings over so they had more sauce on them like I don’t know why it was so hard to just toss the wings and sauce, but I have two orders like this and I ordered this for my lunch and I was trying to get my son something for after school but he’s probably gonna look at this and think it looks crazy

The cashier i spoke to was extremely friendly. She made sure I had silverware for my order and the food tasted delicious!! This place has really turned around their service. If you had a bad experience in the past, I'd highly recommend trying them out again! One of the best Pizza Huts I've ever been to!!!
