We placed an online order for a personal pan cheese, a medium supreme, and chocolate chip cookies. The food was ready when quoted, and service was efficient when we arrived for pick up. The food was hot and tasty, and was all enjoyed.

So I called about my order smelling like cleaning supplies and how me and my kids didn't eat it even bringing the food back in and the manager lady made it seem like I was lying saying she knows she made everything fresh. As I'm in the store another customer comes in to complain. About something different but still it's like I'm giving you back the whole order I just want it made right. I don't think it's cool I have to reorder food and come back out waste gas to be looked at like I'm lying. Poor customer service!

I ordered and received a pizza literally with no sauce, which I made sure was correctly ordered. Called them was told I can get a replacement order which I was very thankful for, but did not receive! Do not spend money here this place service is horrible called the beginning of 10 it’s now 11 and they are closed meaning not receiving food and wasted over $24

Got scammed at Pizza Hut. What a shame. What happened Pizza Hut? You used to be cool. Give me my damn money back already. Looks like others on here are in the same boat with this location. Maybe if you hired competent employees this wouldn’t keep happening to people. Food for thought.

Update: Emailed Pizza Hut based on the response from the owner below and never heard back! Very unhappy with my service this evening. I ordered cheese pizza, Cinnabons, wings, and extra ranch, but only received my pizza and Cinnabons. I tried to contact the store but said that I would have to call back tomorrow because they’re were closing. The items I did receive were an undercooked, floppy pizza and Cinnabons with no icing. Absolutely disappointed and will be contacting the manager for a refund.

Poor quality with staffing. Placed an order went to pick up 15 mins later to find out the staff ate my pizza I was feeding my family. They turned around and charged me for the pizza and gave me a free 2-liter drink. Unbelievable! Pizzas good but boy did this leave a dissatisfying taste in my mouth.

I wish I could rate 0 stars, because this exactly what you’ll receive at this location. 0 service. When I the arrived the only worker arrived at the same time, even though I ordered via the phone. My order obviously was not ready. The worker rambled and complained about this being his second day and doesn’t know what’s going on. I am a previous 12 year employee of Pizza Hut and cannot believe what the name Pizza Hut has become. I will never shop any Pizza Hut as a result of my 2 last visits to the Kenny Road location. This location is a dive and gives the trusted Puzza Hut name a black eye. I do not recommend anyone to visit this location as well as the company period. I’m officially leaving Pizza Hut and moving across the street and give Donatos my pizza business. Kenny Rd you have ruined a 25 year relationship with the FAMOUS name Pizza Hut. Farewell Pizza Hut and welcome Donatato’s Kenny Rd. Horrible Store and Horrible location and Horrible Staff.
Criminally understaffed. Pizza Hut, hire more people or don’t open! The demand is here (i saw 5 people come to pick up in 15 min) but understaffing is a bad deal all around!

Uhh I remember before the pandemic how delightful the pizza would taste. Specifically the Pan Crust pizza… the divine buttery crust. Now I wouldn’t be quick to recommend this anyone… I’m extremely disappointed. I allowed over 100 points expire and I couldn’t remember why I would do such a thing being that I’m a lady that loves to be rewarded. One bite of this not even mediocre pizza reminded me why. The Big Dinner Box seemed to be fine and the pasta we chose in that tasted pretty good minus the fact we hardly had any chicken in the pasta. I think that maybe the one of the only things I’m interested in purchasing at this point.I hate to see all the changes made since the Vid took over the world.Also there’s no consistency with the way the pizzas were cooked. Mines was undercooked and the others were very well done and the breadsticks were over cooked. Pizza Hut used to be a somewhat reliable pizza chain but I can’t say that’s true now ? I’m pretty bummed about it!

For the third time we have been burned by this location. We have ordered delivery from this location and been made aware that they are using DoorDash to deliver. We have had an issue with the last three deliveries from missing items that the store said were sent out to door dash just flat out canceling our delivery. I cannot really blame this store or its Pizza Hut employees but I would avoid this location and any that deliver through door dash drivers. If we order from this location we will be making sure it's pick up only from now on.
