I placed an order online on Valentine's Day for a heart shaped pizza and pasta for my husband when he got off work and the never brought the pizza! I called the store no one answers that phone! Reached out online to customer service they took my info and I have never heard a thing! I had to just make something else that was not enough to feed us! I live in the area and unfortunately will nit be back and I will let others know that if something is forgotten you're just out of the money! They will not help you here! I will shop somewhere else in the neighborhood!

I recently placed an order close to closing time, which I don't typically do. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received. The person who took my order over the phone was accommodating and did not express any frustration about the late order. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Zack, who was friendly, respectful, and never once made me feel bad about the hour. He explained the fryer was warming up for the wings. Zack presented the food and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. I was truly impressed by the A+ service and the overall positive experience. Thank you to the staff at Pizza Hut for going above and beyond despite the late order."

Very Good !! I was quite suprised!!! We haven't ordered from here in quite awhile because they had went downhill in flavor, taste like they had been sitting for awhile and it was like they were just throwing them together...But decided to give it a try again because it's close to home...We were both very suprised Hot & fresh crust, flavored well, toppings covered the pizza well and was priced well at $12 for a large ( sausage, pepperoni) !! We will Definitely be back, Keep up the Good Work!!!⭐️

Every time I order Pizza Hut the order is completely wrong and missing items. I spoke with the manager today; as I just usually don’t call about missing items. I asked for them to refund the missing items. The rude manager said “no I can only do a in store credit”. I told him “I want a refund to my credit card, I’m sick of ordering from this location. You all can’t get the orders correct”. He said no and hung up on me.

UPDATE I got a response to email about my experience to wecare@adtpizza. A month later after sending them details; I’ve never received a message back.

I have tried to order from the Harrisburg location a couple times this month the first time I ordered delivery and I never got it I called they transferred me around several times then said I would have to come and get it so I never got my pizza then today I ordered for pick up when I got up there they said they didn’t have my order so I showed them my confirmation from my online order they said we had to cancel that order we didn’t have enough stuff to make the pizzas so I’m left with out pizza again because it was to late to order from anywhere else and I never got a cancellation notice this location sucks and they need to hire all new people because they are lazy

I ordered 16 honey bbq wings and this is what I got, the front is not open so you have to wait in line in the drive thru and then the person at the window has a poor attitude and acts as if you did something wrong when in fact your food looks and was prepared horribly

I went today and picked up my order. The lady with glasses she was so nice and wonderful. She seem to be there all by herself working. This isn't the first time I've went there but I love when she is there. just hate that she's doing it all herself. She is amazing. I hope that pizza hut really gives her a raise or a good bonus.

Received my order delivered. Pizza undercooked, cheese barely melted, dough almost raw, and obviously cold. This pizza spent more time being sliced than in the oven.

I will never use Pizza Hut Online for delivery order ever again! Order 397679 was never delivered. The driver was said they returned the food to the store. When I was alerted this via text. I called the store after being put on hold at a call center and the lady who was working the store said no order was placed with my name on it and no food was brought back to the store. Lucky there are things called confirmation emails. So I was able to confirm that it was in fact the Harrisburg Pike store that mishandled my order . I was never even given the option to pick up the food. The driver was communicating with me via texts and said he returned the food. The worst part is you think a large corporation would be able to handle a small claims and process a refund for $24.18 but not this store and not Pizza Hut. I filled out a ticket with corporate to try and get a refund. A man named Robert Howard reached out the next day via email claiming he represented that location. Robert only reached out after the claim was filed and has since stopped communicating with me and will not follow up on this issue. 5 business days later and I can’t even get a response. That’s how little they care. Bottom line this store DOES NOT CARE TO MAKE IT RIGHT and I most likely fed their employees working last Sunday night on my dime. I very rarely order delivery anymore because you can not trust people to do a honest job and render services. My services were not rendered. I should have been given the option to pick up my food, remake my food and come pick it up or refunded . Those are how business practices work if you want to maintain a standard of quality and customer relations. I certainly do not count on this location to ever be to understand those concepts . STAY AWAY
