If I could give zero I would. Normally, I do not have a problem with this store but I will never return after this experiemce. I ordered online and had cash to pay. When he arrives, I give hm $40 for a $20 and some change order. He says he only has $7 in change. No offer to return with change, call the store to give a credit or take my debit card over the phone. Enjoy your generous tip. NEVER again. And now I read further reviews and this seems to be a habit of your drivers.

I have liked on the Hilltop my whole life. I go to this lication as a customer and as a doordasher. The whole staff is friendly and helpful but the 1 young guy Nick seems to be very enthusiastic about his Job. He's always nice and helpful. I dash all over the city and this Pizza Hut is 1 of my favorite places to pick up from. I go through there 3 or 4 times a day sometimes. I have never waited more than 5 minutes on an order and it was not the fault of the store. I arrived early. If I'm through there that many times a day I can't imaging the volume of orders they do in a day. I have never been called by a customer telling me their order was wrong. As for the food I eat there often as well and my order is always correct. Food is hot and delicious rather its packed up or delivered.

Service here is always slow but it's the only one local, so we just always expect at least 15 minutes past the projected time. Staff and management don't seem too concerned with messed up orders, lost orders, or the absurd wait times.The food itself is consistently good.However, on this last trip, we finally got home after an hour and they had given us the wrong pizza!! Management said I had to bring back the whole pizza and then they would make the one we ordered. So we ended up with a totally non-equivalent pizza. That's just ludicrous because to do so would mean it took nearly 2 hours for a pizza. Hungry kids aren't going to wait!Contacting customer service yielded 0 results too. Kinda ridiculous ? ?‍♀️

Harrisburg Pike location in Columbus, Ohio has more than once allowed delivery drivers to go out delivering claiming they have "no change" and would have to go to the store and come back with our money. Which puts us in an awkward position, and often tipping much more than a reasonable 20-25%. This is the third time I have experienced this unfortunate encounter, and every time the driver acts like he doesn't know he's supposed to carry change. It's absolutely theft and a clear lie to make more tips. We had already planned to $6 which was more than 20%, but he ended up taking $10.50.Every pizza hut, and pizza place in general has drivers carry at least a $20 bank with them to make change. I'm not going to continue to be stolen from. I tried calling the store multiple times and was placed on hold after kindly asking to speak with a manager, and was left on hold for over 20 minutes. This behavior is absolutely a fireable offense, and this store and it's "policies" need to be looked into and reported.

I like pizza with extra sauce...also don't really like the cheese and pepperoni cooked on pizza. I like cheese and pepperoni put on after pizza cooked. It's so good

The worst pizza hut in the city I was there just now at 11:45pm the only guy working big white guy he says he can’t take orders I have to call it in very rude and lazy I wish I could give 0 stars last time I came 3 employees were outside smoking weed. Pizza Hut you need to clear house at this location they suck and are making you look bad
