If I could give zero stars I would. The manager Amanda is one of the worst service workers I’ve ever encountered in my life. We found THREE hairs in our food, and when we nicely called to figure out a solution, she started calling us liars and telling us it could have never happened. Then when we were obviously distraught to her yelling at us, she proceeded to hang up on us. We lost out on $50 of food due to this. Not to mention when picking it up, there were countless health violations that are a ticking time-bomb for this location. DO NOT EAT HERE

Avoid this location like the plague! We ordered $50 of food. Multiple of our food items had hair in them (pastas and desserts). We called the restaurant to try to get a refund. The general manager, Amanda, started the conversation by yelling at me and said I was lying about the incident. Attached to my review is a picture of one of the hairs extracted from our pasta.

Local delivery driver !!!!On February 24, approximately shortly after 12 PM Me and another delivery driver was disrespected !!! 🤦🏽♂️ by a confrontational employee at this location!!! I promise you there is no stars low enough to give this location I started not to waste my time on, even giving them a review no matter how low it was!!! and I don’t see how anybody can spend their hard earned dollar Or waste their time picking up a delivery from this location given how disrespectful Some of the employees can be at this location I urge anybody with good sense to take your business elsewhere until this problem is corrected and addressed!!!!
Parking: Well, parked up at this location waiting for our order. Be careful lock your doors.

Horrible customer service, I went to pick up an order and the woman just left me standing there waiting for 15 minutes before asking what I needed. After she took my order, she put it on the counter and simply didn't say anything, didn't say thank you and didn't wish me a good afternoon or a good night like any person who has the slightest bit of respect does. Again I do not recommend and the service is terrible

Used to be a great place to get food until tonight. I go to pick my food up and I get there say my name. He tells me there is no order I show him my email. It's wrong pizza it it's up the street. Im like this is the pizza hut. So I go up the street for them to tell me I was at the right place. On way to the other pizza hut I get a call from a person left voice mail saying they have my got order some how and that pizza hut was not being helpful about it. He was so right. I call back pizza hut tell him im on the way back and they gave my order to someone else. I get there wait for 4 mins no one says anything. I decided to leave and will going to to speak a Manger asap

Very disappointed. Thanksgiving eve about 530p I ordered a large pizza with everything. Totaling about$35. An chocolate cake brownie. Never showed up4hrs later. I called the store. Put on hold several times different people including managers. What is ironic I live 5minutes from pizza hut. My debit charged no pizza..this needs to be solved. Hedy Matos. Cols. Ohio.
They like to charge you extra money and Amanda has a a nasty attitude! Food is not good they barely put any toppings on my food, .75 for those little cups of sauce that y'all dont fill up at all. Don't come to this location!!! And don't bother calling them cause they will never answer, I was on hold for 30min before I hung up.

4 peperoni per slice of pizza is not duble peperoni. I paid for duble. Same story but baccon. the bacon cheese bread had next to no bacon. after wating an exstra 15 minits past when the websight sed the order would be ready i did not want deal with having the order remaid.
This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We ordered a green pepper and onion pizza. First the made it with wrong toppings. Then they made it with no sauce. Were they out? Then my husband called and the lady that answered was extremely rude ! I think this place is awful! And my family will never order Pizza Hut again! Considering our payment a donation to an obviously hurting business! You are dirty and your service is terrible!!

Ordered through the Pizza Hut App for 2 stuffed crust pizzas, 8 PC chocolate bites and a diet Pepsi.. I should've known Doordash has a contract to deliver from this location. I CALLED 2X (first time nicely) to try to resolve the problem. My first call at 7:28 pm was made and I was told it would be delivered within an hour. I WAS LIED TO. I called them back at 8:44 and found out I had contacted the call center not the store. I was put in contact with the store who told me Doordash had to resolve it. I explained that I Did NOT use Doordash and I was told to basically resolve it with them.
Based on the hostile and not accommdating staff person I will be waiting for the nearly $70 dollar transaction to finish and will be disputed as I was offered NOTHING in terms with compensation for the item or the time or inconvenience.
And some people wonder why I go to Dominoes... sorry Papa John and Pizza Hut, they have better pizzas, even if I have to pick them up.
