The food was hot and prepared properly. With the 50% off a large Pepperoni Lovers Pan with e tra cheese was a little over $12. That is a great value. Thisnwas my first purchase from this location, and I will be back.

The service was exceptional and then they created the most beautiful Pepperoni and Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza šŸ• I have ever laid eyes on. When I made it home we didn't waste much time before we devoured the Stuffed Crust Beauty. It was not only beautifully prepared, it tasted just as fantastic. We all agreed that it was the best pizza any of us had the privilege of devouring in awhile. Thank you to all the amazing employees that made the entire experience so amazing and for providing the best pizza šŸ•!

Excellent experience both times I’ve been here. After moving to Columbus in 2021, I’ve noticed many places don’t even say hello, let alone thank you. But not here. The staff at this Pizza Hut were courteous, fast, and actually made me feel welcome. That shouldn’t be rare — but it is — and this location gets it right. Great food, great people. Thank you!

I placed an order for 4 personal pan pizzas for pick up. My pick up was scheduled for 11am i arrived at 11:40am and went inside the store. The door was unlocked but There was no one in there. The place was empty all of the lights were off and the order screen was full of orders. There was 3 more cutstomers that arrived to the store looking for their orders as well. When we contacted the customer service number service it diverted us back to the store direct number or customer service on the website. Once on the website the only option is to chat with an agent however even the chat wasnt working. We called the police to have them come check the building out to make sure no one was in the back. We got the clear from the police and was told to contact pizza hut directly. This was the worse experience ever for me and my 4 children. I havent even recieved my money back because i cant get in touch with anyone.

Tried to order pizza from this location and instead they spent an hour ā€œprepping my foodā€ just for the delivery driver to get there, they canceled the order and closed the delivery option for the store for the day. What a bunch of losers. Wasting my time and their Uber drivers time..

I always only order their cinnabons. It is delivered with care ,hot, fresh and delicious. When I order in person, they are always friendly and very professional. Their customer service is top notch.

This place needs cleaned up. I went to pick up a pizza and the front door and lobby was disgusting. Fingerprints all over front door glass, debris and trash in lobby.

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager Amanda is one of the worst service workers I’ve ever encountered in my life. We found THREE hairs in our food, and when we nicely called to figure out a solution, she started calling us liars and telling us it could have never happened. Then when we were obviously distraught to her yelling at us, she proceeded to hang up on us. We lost out on $50 of food due to this. Not to mention when picking it up, there were countless health violations that are a ticking time-bomb for this location. DO NOT EAT HERE

Avoid this location like the plague!
We ordered $50 of food. Multiple of our food items had hair in them (pastas and desserts). We called the restaurant to try to get a refund. The general manager, Amanda, started the conversation by yelling at me and said I was lying about the incident. Attached to my review is a picture of one of the hairs extracted from our pasta.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Manager is very rude.

Driver of the Year

Local delivery driver !!!!On February 24, approximately shortly after 12 PM Me and another delivery driver was disrespected !!! šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø by a confrontational employee at this location!!! I promise you there is no stars low enough to give this location I started not to waste my time on, even giving them a review no matter how low it was!!! and I don’t see how anybody can spend their hard earned dollar Or waste their time picking up a delivery from this location given how disrespectful Some of the employees can be at this location I urge anybody with good sense to take your business elsewhere until this problem is corrected and addressed!!!!

Parking: Well, parked up at this location waiting for our order. Be careful lock your doors.

Kid-friendliness: There is not a stitch of friendliness, kindness nor decent customer service at this location

Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure they do have a pretty rough entrance Doors can be hard to open
