Excellent experience both times I’ve been here. After moving to Columbus in 2021, I’ve noticed many places don’t even say hello, let alone thank you. But not here. The staff at this Pizza Hut were courteous, fast, and actually made me feel welcome. That shouldn’t be rare — but it is — and this location gets it right. Great food, great people. Thank you!

I always only order their cinnabons. It is delivered with care ,hot, fresh and delicious. When I order in person, they are always friendly and very professional. Their customer service is top notch.

This was the location on main in bexley. Service was slow and horrible. They see you there and don't speak. They come and tend to you when they are ready. They couldn't find the food at first. Finally food it and it was just warm, not hot. I was sad for this experience.
Parking: The parking lot is weird. There's only a few spaces on the side, and the rest of the parking is in the back.
Kid-friendliness: Of course, all kids live pizza and additions.
