We were in Columbus for the weekend and ordered pretty late on a Friday night to our AirBnB. I was a bit concerned about ordering from here based on other reviews, but figured I'd give it a shot. Delivery was very fast and the food was good and hot. Friendly delivery person. I would definitely consider ordering again while in town!

I got the wrong pizza (I ordered cheese but got sausage). The bread sticks were extremely greasy and the wings were in an inch of sauce. We ordered a few weeks ago and it was really good but this food was barely edible.

Your on phone app is an insult to the customer and you as a business operator. Unbelievably, I was sent a text that the pizza was out for delivery for 44 minutes! I live 11 blocks from the store front! There is no trace mode like other delivery services. I live in a high rise. I want to be downstairs before the food arrives out of respect of the drivers. I was down at a reasonable period of time. But there was no food, no driver and no way for a customer to find out what is going on. This may well be a final attempt at using Yum brands.

Called at 10:50. Made a delivery order and they said it will come in under an hour. The pizza NEVER came!!!!!!!! They still charged me 11$ for it and Im going to them tomorrow morning to discuss this nonsense.

Pizza just overral did not taste great. Crust tasted very doughy and not very flavorful, only had a few slices before I disposed of the pizza.

I placed an order at 5pm. At 5:16 I received a text saying it was out for delivery. At 6:45pm I still did not receive my order. I called the store and they forgot to get my order together and shipped out. Completely unacceptable considering I spent $40. Staff was unapologetic and oh well type attitude. Definitely will not place an order for pizza hut in the future.

Make sure the wing sauce is actually a sauce. I had garlic all over my delivery bag cause my wing containers leaked. Chicken was bad and hardly covered and for the BBQ, they were literally swimming in sauce to the point where it was disgusting. Actually put care into it and you may get a strongly agree

It took them 3 times to get me my order I ordered a large pizza and 8 boneless bbq. They count the smallest pieces of chicken as a boneless chicken wing pitiful.

Not have stores hide charges and call you after and make you pay before delivery, and when you get the delivery and hour later than expected,.they say due to no delivery drivers on staff, had to doordash... My pizza was very cold... I just gave it to my dog... Never order from you again...

I was given a pizza that seemed to be over cooked and sitting the whole pizza was hard you couldnt even bite it.. the stuffed crust was the only part that was still soft. I was told over the phone "the pizza is supposed to be like that". Pizza hut is only a 15 min drive from where I stay. I'm pregnant, on bed rest and cravings through the roof...when I called to see to speak with manager about this pizza and to get a fresh pizza redelivered they were unable to... giving me pizza hut credit instead of an actual refund for the pizza why would I want to order from you another time when i was just delivered an over cooked hard pizza. When the app says "your hot pizza is on the way" is a huge over statement.. customers should get what they paid for..
Ordered pizza to pickup and store was closed. Waited about 30 minutes. No one showed so went home and called to share problem and cancel order.

Called in my order and they never made it. We confirmed I called the right number and I recognized the voice of the person at the store. Offered the pizza to be ready in 30 min when it would take 20 min before. Gee thanks.
