I want the world to know, today I buried my daughter and after a horrible day, all we wanted was to set down and have a meal together as a family. So sadly we chose to order from @pizzahut and placed 112.00 order. We placed the order THROUGH the Pizza Hut app, and paid for our meal. Two and a half hours later, we got NO FOOD. We started calling and was on the phone for 20 mins at a time, getting hung up on so we drove to Pizza Hut on South High street in columbus Ohio. THEY CANCELLED OUR ORDER AND TOLD US TO DEAL WITH DOOR DASH.. what??????? They said… SAID they called a LADY (who) and they said cancel the order. They didn’t call us?? They had our PHONE NUMBER!!!!!!!!! So the manager churning her chin like she was cracked out on something told us it was cancelled and to reorder… what??????? You HAVE ALREADY TAKEN OUR MONEY…. So here we set, grieving and broken heart,,,, starving and THEY DONT CARE… so now we have to figure out what to do… STAY AWAY FROM PIZZA HUT!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered thru door dash a personal pizza with extra cheese, I received just the box with the receipt slapped on top, greasy box and no bag, no napkins. Complete disregard for safety.

If I could give negative stars for this place I would. 2 times in a row they have screwed up our order, and pizzas had to be remade, and the first time was 45 minutes LATER THAN THE PICKUP TIME and this last time was OVER AN OVER PAST THE PICKUP TIME. Customer service was terrible, Employees sing fowl language, and just incredibly rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT!

The waitress was very friendly and did a good job. The rest of the experience was horrible.There’s no prices on the menu.The pizza was over cooked with barely any cheese or sauce. It looked like a frozen pizza and tasted worse. The crust and pepperoni was dry and burnt. The pizza was cold.They only have bottled beverages.The plates were dirty, as was the table.This location has gone sadly way down hill.Disappointed and won’t go there again.

The older lady that is talking orders and answering phones and making pizza, needs to have gloves on ?,how you multitask without gloves, seems like she was in there by herself until I heard voices in the back of the shop,but nobody came to assist or help her,they need to be on the same page as far as communicating goes with the 2for 7. Cause she actually didn't know what the items were; on top of that ;;; it's 14:$, misleading ad, won't go for that anymore ?

We waited in the dining area for 20 minutes and not a single person came to our table or even looked in the dining area one time worse place ever beside dawg house and little Caesars pizza never going there the one one south high

Ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza and garlic cheesesticks. The entire pizza had *maybe* 9 or 10 pepperonis on the entire pie and a few mushrooms scattered on it (see picture). The pizza was also so underdone that we had to fire up our own oven and throw the pizza in it for about 7 minutes before the dough was baked through. Once that was done, it was edible. The cheesesticks were good, but were missing their marinara dipping sauce.
Terrible!!!! I would never order from here again! Food cold. Little to no topping on the food. And the employees there don’t care. So

Again, the first waitress knew nothing of or about pizza hut. No prices on menu, 2 waitresses knew nothing. 2nd girl took drinks, I asked for water, told I'd need buy a bottle. Then 1st girl refused to come back to us .??? I asked for manager, he knew none of prices. But stated he'd give discount, 2.75. It was a bad dinner with friends. Thk you.

Ordered on the app. Was assigned a dasher for some reason. Ordered my food at 7:30 pm, was told I would get it by 8:30, it’s 9:42 pm now and I’m being told it was cancelled. Tried calling, can’t seem to get someone to answer, just want a refund. Don’t eat here, pick it up yourself at another location.
