spent 30 dollars on puzza expecting it to at least be correct, and they messed up my sauces on both my pizzas and it was cold when i got it. :( i am allergic to marinara sauce so i ordered garlic parm instead and they decided to put a shitton of marinara sauce on my pizza instead. thanks pizza hut :)

Pizza Hut is nothing like it used to be. The chicken Alfredo had only two pieces of chicken and the pizza is nowhere near what it used to be.

This establishment doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Ordered $40 worth of food via Uber Eats. From the pizza to the boneless wings, everything was undercooked, and cheese pizza was runny! Called Pizza Hut to rectify the issue, was told because it was through a delivery service, there was not any they could do, and that I had to dispute it with Uber Eats. I went in the app to file a complaint, and UberEats told me they can’t issue a refund and it was Pizza Hut fault. While they are playing the blame game. I’m out of food and money! CORPORATE will definitely hear about this!!!! This is unacceptable from both companies!!!

Ordered a pan pizza and double breadsticks with extra sauce and a pasta dish and desert! Received the wrong pizza and no extra sauce! Tried calling the store for over a hour and kept getting hung up on! Called a corporate number to be told he was getting in contact with this store to have order resent out! Never happened! Spent 42.55 to not have dinner! Not only was it the wrong pizza it was severely undercooked! How is anyone to eat a double order of breadsticks with a single sauce! I’m NEVER EATING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Can’t get in touch with anyone to resolve my issue! Horrible customer service and horrible experience! DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! And now was contacted by Carrie which was told she was out of office for a wk and a half and sorry about the issue to tell me I’d be contacted by someone in regards to this terrible experience! This happened on July 12th! Still have NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK FROM ANYONE! I repeat do not eat from this location at Clevland ave and Innis rd Columbus Ohio! Worse experience ever! And no customer service support whatsoever! I don’t know about anyone else but I work hard for my money! A $45 dollar order that we wasn’t able to even eat! Is a total waste and overall not excusable for this to escalate to this amount of time for someone., anyone to return a email or phone call on this matter!

I gave 4/5 stars because everything was basically good but the prices are too high my mom got a small bowl of pasta that costed almost $15 we though it was going to be bigger. I got a deep dish pizza was disappointed on the way it looked turns out I was in the wrong lol I was expecting the pizza to look like a Detroit style deep dish. The deep dish pizza was correct and the crunch was Devine! I'm not mad about the taste or anything the apple cinnamon pies are delicious as well. It's just the prices that messed me up it to high but I definitely will be going back better than papa johns! It's a small little establishment the lady who took our order was nice and patient as well! And we got in gave our order and got out quickly as they where also doing online orders definitely a plus as well!
My baked chicken Alfredo had 6 tiny pieces of chicken, nutrition for pizza hut baked chicken Alfredo says on Google - 1 , is 37 grams of protein, nope I don't think so. Penne pasta is not a good source for protein so nope, Alfred sauce is not a good source for protein, no way it is 37 grams of protein.

****Edit****The staff really turned this around for me. I was eventually able to reach someone and they changed my order over to delivery. App is still confusing, and the call center thing is still an oddity for me so just be careful!!*****Original Review*****Absolutely awful. I was craving a pizza which I don't order very often. Got on the app and ordered and accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery. I immediately called the store but apparently the stores don't answer their own phones, the have a call center... For a restaurant. The call center then connected me back to the restaurant where I have been on hold for 25 minutes while writing this review. Not only am I pissed at the inability to answer a phone, but the app also suckers you into this. I selected contactless and was prompted to add a tip, you know, like the things one normally does on DELIVERY not PICKUP. I'll keep sitting on hold so I can beg someone to deliver my food, but I'm not gonna hold my breath
