****Edit****The staff really turned this around for me. I was eventually able to reach someone and they changed my order over to delivery. App is still confusing, and the call center thing is still an oddity for me so just be careful!!*****Original Review*****Absolutely awful. I was craving a pizza which I don't order very often. Got on the app and ordered and accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery. I immediately called the store but apparently the stores don't answer their own phones, the have a call center... For a restaurant. The call center then connected me back to the restaurant where I have been on hold for 25 minutes while writing this review. Not only am I pissed at the inability to answer a phone, but the app also suckers you into this. I selected contactless and was prompted to add a tip, you know, like the things one normally does on DELIVERY not PICKUP. I'll keep sitting on hold so I can beg someone to deliver my food, but I'm not gonna hold my breath

Unfortunately this location messes up orders all the time most of the time there are small simple orders so you let it ride with the fact that they always complain about being short of staff but how many times can you accept that when you're paying good money for your food? Just like tonight when I place the pre-time order when I got there I'm a pizza wasn't done so went shopping at the dollar store next door come back and get my pizza when we leave as we're headed home my son opens the box to grab him a piece out it's not even the pizza we ordered we ordered a super supreme this was a cheese pizza so go back and then answer tries to tell us that that was what was on the ticket that we know ordered online okay so I go online and I look and they're obviously was a system failure or something on their computer which ain't her fault that has a manager and the order was placed and it was a free time to order you have plenty of time to call to ask like this pizza don't make no sense like you're ordering just crust and sauce is this really how you watch Pizza instead of her calling just to double-check if this is what it is she took it upon herself to then turn this crust and sauce pizza into a cheese pizza and then says that's what we pay for so if she went by the order slip from the computer online order by her ad in the cheese she messed my pizza up however that wasn't the case I don't know why I would pay for a super supreme pizza and then remove all toppings including cheese now again she could have called the double check but she didn't and again if the order form was right she messed it up by adding cheese if I really just want it again crust and sauce so because of this I had to wait for her to remake our pizza meanwhile our wings get cold when we get home the pizza crust is wrong like ice cold enough obviously and now the wings are ice cold you call customer care and they can't do anything but report it to you upper management and expect you to wait three business days for somebody to contact you back like this is getting to be ridiculous and today's Times money is very short for all common people so if you got a lot going on and you have to order out you do expect to get it right a little mistake fine but this is this ridiculous and it's becoming often and often and often at this location however over the last two and a half years this is the only location I've used because it's the closest to me so I don't know if it's in particular this location or just Pizza Hut itself I know I had issues at the Pizza Hut on the west side of Columbus on Harrisburg Pike this one's located on Cleveland so again I would advise you not to eat there unless you want a simple mistake in your order which you know we all accept and it's fine we're human we make simple mistakes but if for it to keep repeating each time you order there and there will be an excuse every time to the point to where eventually your smallest mess ups in your order become huge ones and then there's nobody there to handle it and you have to wait 72 hours for a call back to get it handled I give this place Pizza Hut not only the location but Pizza itself because how customer care handles or can't handle their situations three thumbs down four thumbs down and since I was feeding four people tonight I'll go ahead and give him eight thumbs down ! Enough is enough these business making all this money off us and can you give us what we are paying for!

My pizza arrived with no cheese (I ordered extra), dripping with the white sauce. Called store to come get the pizza/exchange it. Was argued with by the manager that he personally made the pizza and that it was correct. John, the supposed manager, did not offer any solution, verifies my phone number told me the GM would get back to me and abruptly hung up on me. I spent over $40 for this order to be delivered and be correct and not only am I sitting here w a cold pizza I won't eat, I was spoken to rudely and no solution was given. No refund offered and no exchange to correct the pizza. Have yet to receive any phone calls regarding this matter. I will never be ordering from my local pizza hut again and if you're expecting a refund when they mess up your order, think again!

Don’t order delivery if you don’t live nearby. The manager and staff will place you on hold 3+ more times if your order doesn’t arrive. If you inquire about the status of your order, they will tell you they cannot contact the driver since it’s third party - DoorDash. If you put contactless delivery, rest assured you will get out of bed and meet your driver a few hundred feet OUTSIDE! ? Last of all, after you’ve tipped the dasher for their wonderful work, your pizza will be COLD!! No refunds either, since the manager does not care if your pizza arrived cold. It arrived didn’t it? Hangs up.

Ordered a tastemaker three topping stuffed crust pizza which was perfect and mozzarella cheese sticks and two melts which was excellent and everything was prepared just the way I ordered and we are very satisfied. Nothing was missing from my order and very satisfied.
