Don’t order from here. I ordered almost $60 worth of food and only received the pizza and pasta I was left on hold for 45 mins and they answered the phone just to hang it up.

Poor customer service and bad food. Ordered a pizza wings and Cheddar bacon cheesesticks. The pizza was old, dried out, cut wrong and very little sauce. 8 piece boneless wings appeared to have 8 pieces, but one piece was obviously cut in half to make 8. The Cheddar bacon cheesesticks were supposed to be 10, but only received 5 with no Cheddar and very little bacon. When I called back to talk to a manager Maria told me the manager was busy and didn't have time to talk to me. I got there at 514 and their order screen showed my order was complete. Wasn't greeted until 526, even there was only 3 other customers there...all waiting...I didn't get my order until 544 because it wasn't ready. This seemed to be the theme of the night

I did an online order for a super supreme pizza and two pastas with bread sticks. Doordash delivered the pizza and one pasta. I informed the doordash driver I ordered two pastas. He said he would go back to the store. I called the store because the first pasta was dry and i wasn't happy with it, also wanted to let them know that I never received my second pasta. From the beginning the customer service representative Liv was rude stating they were experiencing a dinner rush and she could assure me my pasta wasn't dry because she pulled it out of the oven herself. I then asked to speak to the manager on duty. She c wasn't much better herself. She told me both pastas would be remade and delivered to me. An hour goes by, no delivery. I call the store, Liv answers. She states, not only am I not getting the pasta that I paid for but they aren't remaking either pasta after the manager and I had already discussed this. So I asked to speak to the manager again. At this point we were both getting aggravated. I ordered nearly $60 worth of food and it's been almost two hours and I'm being told two different stories. At this point, I ask for a refund back to my debit. Liv explained it would be 5-7 business days. I stated that was fine. She asked for the last 4 digits of my debit, I gave her the info. She then said it was processing. I asked for the corporate number, she gave me a bullshit number. About 15 minutes after the call, I received two pastas. At this point, to hell with the food. I want my money back. This pizza hut SUCKS! Terrible customer service. I will NEVER order from them again!

Accidentally gave this review to West broad Street. Ordered online Friday am went to pickup store is dark, doors locked. Call the one number I find on hold for almost 10 minutes someone pickups says I get you the store and puts me back on hold over my protests of the store not being opened! This is ridiculous why take my order on the first place? Get your shit together pizza hut!

Won’t answer the phone to get refund. Ordered over 1.5 hours walked out front and it was sitting on our porch. No knock no ringing our doorbell anything. Do not order from here

I literally had a pick up order and ordered 30 worth of food my son had already paid for. I run up in my pj's to get it and all the guy had to do was hand me one box. I had tipped him 2 dollars and when I asked for garlic butter dipping sauce that should be with the bread stick I ordered he said it would be 75 cents. Then I asked if he could add it to the order explaining I didn't bring my purse and I thought I got dipping sauce for my bread sticks. He said no 75 cent again I explained I didn't have my purse so I asked for the manager as I was more than annoyed she explained how they couldn't add it to my ticket and I asked should t I get one with my bread sticks she said give her one and walked away with. A attitude. I really should have told the boy to give me 2 and he could keep the other 50 cents from my tip cause handing me a box with that attitude didn't even deserve 50 cents and to think I felt bad for only giving him a 2 dollar tip I could be like most people and have not have tipped at all! I swear people attitudes and poor customer service is just ridiculous.all this over some garlic sauce for my kids it's going to cause me to have an aneurysm.

Ordered 2 pizzas online from this store. We had changed the sauces that we wanted and when we got them the sauces had not been changed and one of my toppings was missing. Called the store and they were very rude saying we didn't change the sauces on the order and refused to remake the correct pizzas.
