Poblano’s Mexican Restaurant

Hosted my sister’s 30th birthday party here and everything was great! Jose was absolutely amazing! He was more than accommodating to our request and even let us decorate the back side of the bar. He also was only one of 2 staff members in at the time and absolutely rocked our large party and had the food out within minutes and didn’t forget a single entree or have any mess ups. Thank you Jose and poblano’s!

We got the veggie fajitas and a side of queso. It was DELICIOUS! The sautéed veggies were so good, I couldn’t believe it! Highly recommend this place if you are in the area!! The queso was so so so good too. I was disappointed they didn’t have the toffee cake when we came because I wanted to try it, maybe next time!

The food is delicious and service is warm and friendly. The first time that we went the Texas Margaritas were perfect, second visit we had to order shots because the margaritas tasted like lime mix. Service and food never disappoints; might have to spruce up your drink depending on who makes it like other reviews have mentioned. Definitely recommend going!

What happened to the old crew? We went for lunch on Wednesday, we were barely greeted. After being seated young guy took our drink order and disappeared. The restaurant was not busy. Table behind us and one single gentleman. After 10-15 min my sister went to ask if we could place our order to another young guy texting on his phone. Someone came over apologized and placed the order. The food was trash. Nothing like before. The disappointment was real. I have been wanting to make it back here since my surgery. That’s it for us. No one ever came to our table and asked if we needed a refill or if the food was satisfactory. I had to flag down a worker to pay the bill. Mind you by now another guest did come in to dine but they were not busy. I miss the original owners. Not giving this place another dollar. $49 for lunch! But I would not be upset if the food and atmosphere was even close to before. So disappointed, this was my favorite place to have lunch. If this is family owned you guys better get some family training from the ones who know how to run the restaurant before you fold.

The server, Jessica, was nice, but the cook only gave me 4 shrimp on my entree, forgot my avocado's and one of my tacos. Jessica too what was missing off of my bill. I won't be going back.....

I went out today, and the waitress, Norma, took a $13 tip from my card without my authorization. I will never go back. That is stealing and is not right.
