I was very disappointed with this visit. The hostess who greeted me was rude and a little "snooty." Despite my having selected standard seating, she haughtily said the only table she had for me was in the bar (I was the first of our party of three, and I use a rollator, which has never been an issue in past visits). If I wanted to sit in a noisy bar, with loud music, and didn't want to converse with the other members of my party, we could have gone to any of a 100 other restaurants or pubs. Our poor waitress was running herself ragged (it was the bartender and our waitress), and it took a little longer than usual for our dinner. But the food, as always, was excellent, and my two dinner guests were very impressed with the food, but not so much the atmosphere. It was the FIRST VISIT for them both. I'll be back, because I'm not letting this one visit overshadow prior excellent visits, but it took me a good half hour to calm down enough and not walk out (which we discussed when they both arrived).

The manager “Kyle” and the hostess “Devin” gave us a warm greeting when we arrived for our reservation. Server “Andrew” was prompt and guided us through the new “Floribbean menu” All of the appetizers, entrees and dessert were well prepared and delicious. The owner “Darren” and Chef “Libby” both stopped by to check on our table of 9 and wish a Happy Birthday to my 81 year old mother. It was a fantastic dining experience and really made our visit special. We look forward to our next visit to the Polaris Grill.

Went for lunch with a few friends here. None of us where impressed with the food. The risotto was served cold and not seasoned. Service was good and restaurant was quiet as not many customers.

My go-to spot in the Polaris area because I don't have to worry about the menu, food quality, or the level and experience of the staff. We had salads and the bartender tempted me with an excellent draft hard cider. A great lunch experience!

Excellent experience. We've been here several times before, and Polaris Grill never disappoints!!! The food is fresh and cooked to perfection. Service is wonderful. The ambiance and setting of the restaurant are comfortable and welcoming. We are already looking forward to our next visit!!!
Once upon a time, Polaris grill had great servers. The girl in the red today (11/9/24) was so rude and immature. She speaks in a very rude tone. Very embarrassing. They need to go back to being selective about these ppl instead of hiring just anyone. She ruined this evening’s experience for me. What a little girl. Another great restaurant losing its spark due to poor behavior from inexperienced servers. A shame!
Funny enough, we were going back and forth trying to decide between Polaris grill and Bonefish grill. We should have went with the latter. I really really really regret going to Polaris grill.
Excellent food and service. Very busy on a Friday night so reservations were valuable.

This is my first time ever giving a food review for any restaurant. Just ate dinner at Polaris Grill. Do not get the halibut! I asked our waitress if it was nice and thick. She said yes and showed us with her hand how thick it would be. (1-1 1/2 inches thick) Mine came out and was 1/4 and inch thick if that, and the size of a deck of cards. I have ordered halibut here before and that is NOT what it looked like before. It didn’t even look like a piece of halibut once it was cooked. For a $39.00 I am highly disappointed. They offered to replace it, but we would have had to wait and I didn’t want to hold up dinner for the rest of my guests. It was my son’s birthday. My son’s halibut was the same as mine. Very disappointing!
