Very disappointed - the crab cakes were tasteless. I did not enjoy my meal at all - only ate one of the three crab cakes - too much filler not enough crab. And way too loud. We haven't been there for a while and i was really looking forward to it.

Always a great experience lunch or dinner. Danielle has been our waitress for a long time and outstanding. Others have been there years as well and outstanding. They stay for a reason.

The food is honestly really mediocre. The bread was terrible. Probably the worst bread I've ever had at a restaurant. The drink they made tasted terrible... Some punch cocktail they put on their menu--so bad, I didn't drink the majority of it. Their sauce for the salmon oscar tastes like it was some generic Walmart sauce. Honestly they need to work on the sauce. I feel like the salmon would have tasted great without it... that's how bad I thought that sauce was.Their linguine shrimp and scallops weren't too bad though. Although... They skimped on the linguine by giving maybe only a palm full.Subpar food, decent service, bad drinks.

The Cole slaw portion was 2 oz-1/2 a normal portion. The bread was small and texture wasn't right. Fries and ribs were good. No towelette provided with ribs. So noisy I had to wear earbuds. Overpriced. The seating space was too tight against a pillar.

Polaris Grill never disappoints. Made a reservation for 7pm on 2/17/2024. My girlfriend and I were sat right when we got inside a bit before our reservation. The Jimbo shrimp cocktail was pretty good, but I could do without the bed of chopped romaine under the shrimp. The 6 shrimp were cooked nicely and they gave plenty of cocktail sauce. I ordered a Manhattan and a old fashioned. Both were pretty good. I don't care for orange slices in my old fashioned, but it was potent enough to keep my mouth shut. Not overpowering, rather a noticable amount of bourbon. My girlfriend got a Delmonico with, what I believed to be, a sort of potato cake and veggie medley. I got a filet Oscar style with mashed potatoes and asparagus. My steak was slightly under medium rare, but it wasn't enough to complain or send back for additional cook time. The Delmonico had a bit more fat than I would have cared for, but that's a ribeye for ya. We also got the creme brulee for dessert. The dessert was awesome with a great bit of caramelized sugar on the top, fresh strawberries and a loaf of whipped cream. It was overall a great experience. This is probably my third or fourth time going to Polaris Grill and it has always been great. I hope this place lasts forever. Thank you again Polaris Grill and Luke Chaney for the great service. See you again - hopefully sooner than later.

If this was our first time we would not be back; Some appetizers were cold. Dinner plates seemed to take a long time and then items on several plates were also cold. On positive note: Service was great. Overall: very disappointed for price point. Will try one more time before finding another place for special family events.

Polaris Grill is okay. Not bad, not great, just good. Took my wife's family out to dinner last night. Food and drinks came out quickly and our server was quick to refill drinks, which is a huge plus for me. They did forget to bring out my salad, but that wasn't a big deal as I already ordered too much food. My wife had the carbonara and I had the mixed grill based on the waiter's suggestion. I tried my wife carbonara and it was fine. Decently seasoned, but nothing amazing. The mixed grill I had was a bit all over the place. The steak was really good. The crab cake was okay, but the salmon had a strange texture and wasn't very warm. All-in-all my family had a good time. Would I come back again? Probably not. The prices were good, but the food was just "okay". Too many other places at the same price point for me to recommend Polaris Grill over other restaurants in the same area.

The service was top notch from start to finish. I had Beef Tenderloin from the "Mardi Gras" menu and it was outstanding. This was a truly exceptional experience. Great job.

The food was amazing! The kitchen was efficient and timely! The mushroom bisque, 55 salad, shrimp cocktail, filet and scallop potatoes, and orange crusted halibut was delicious! Unfortunately our server was inattentive and not engaging. We saw other servers enjoying their job serving. We will come back for the food and a better server. We had been there 6 months ago and the server was amazing!

Food was excellent, as usual. Good service. Ongoing issue: restaurant is cold, with major drafts; that happens no matter where we sit. I brought an extra sweater, which I had to put on; my wife needed to cover her legs with her coat. Owners need to solve this problem.

We truly enjoyed our VDay dinner here! Beautiful restaurant, perfect ambiance for a date night. Service was great, staff very friendly and efficient! Tasty food and reasonably priced. I would gladly come back to Polaris Grill!

Our waitress, Vanessa, was able to get us exactly what we asked for, she also made a recommendation on an appetizer that turned out to be delicious. The main course came out steaming hot and she was right there whenever we even thought we needed something. Tables are separated enough that you could carry on your conversation without hearing another table. Highly recommended !! It's the reason we keep going back.
