“My driver was having a bad day and I decided to stop at Popeye's on my way home to grab her sandwich so she could calm down. I have to say everything was fantastic. I ordered on the app And I tried to call to change the order a little bit over the phone but the gentleman that answered the phone was very respectful when he told me that they were very busy and I would have to come in to speak to them. I was cool with that. So we get there and everything was perfect and hot and fresh. I saw the manager inside and she was kind as well. I wish that ALL of the others can learn from this location.“
“the cashier Yaya was a great listener, didn't make me feel rushed to order, repeated my order back without me having to ask and it was accurate. and when my order was handed to me it was 100% accurate and everything accounted for the FIRST time! that doesn't happen often so i just wanted management to know they've trained her well and her customer service was amazing.“

“The staff was friendly and patient as I was finding out that my part of my order was left out of the family mobile order.... they handled this potentially frustrating situation quite well. I placed another order at the window. They were understanding and actually gave me my sandwich for no charge. This was very kind and unexpected. Thank you. ?“
“Lady on the phone, didn't catch her name, maybe the manager, literally went out of her way to help me with some missing items
in my large order and provided excellent customer service. 3-13-25 around 5 pm . Thanks to her she's awesome! Food was great! Hot and fresh!“
“I like the place. Good food and atmosphere. The guy in the intercom rushed us with our order. We had 3 orders and I said the first one and he's telling me how much it is then I have to tell him I have more. The one last had a coupon and he says" yeah I know the one" and he proceeds to rattle it off and it wasn't the one he was talking about. Geesh!“

Parking: Free parking...South High Street area...pretty quiet around dinner...4pm.“
“Always ridiculously busy with uber eats orders, but that’s obviously not their fault. They’re surprisingly pleasant in there considering every other second someone else shoves a phone in their face asking for a delivery order. Just a warning to people who think they’re coming in for a quick bite during dinner hours. You’ll be waiting for a while.

“The big box $6.00 deal cann’t be beat. Two pieces of chicken, two sides and a biscuit included. Everything was perfect. I would recommend dining in as it is a little messy. The staff was friendly, the food was prepared quickly, Five stars!“
