This place needs to shut down and re train or hire new ppl the employees are cool but the food is nasty as heck I don’t care what time of the day and night i go it’s never fresh and idc if I go inside drive thru or on line they always mess up my order I would show photos but no need cause I’m sure it’s other ppl who has dealt with this smh

I ordered a 3-piece chicken and a 3-piece tender meal and was told to pull up and wait about 3 minutes for the tenders. That turned into almost a 10-minute wait, which I didn't mind because I figured my food would be fresh and hot.
When they finally brought the order out, I couldn’t believe how bad the 3-piece chicken looked. It was old, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting out way too long. Honestly, it looked overcooked and stale like it had been under a heat lamp for hours.
Waiting that long just to get food in that condition is unacceptable. Definitely not the quality I expected. I went back and returned the chicken for a refund. Never again will I order from this location on Livingston.

I've never had good time eating at one of these places. Chicken sits in a window for ever. I get tenders thinking they'd be hot and fresh. That was dumb mistake. They were flattened and cold. Fries were the best part. Staff was excellent friendly and courteous.

I went tonight and the workers were rude while I was trying to order my bfs food in the drive thru and asked them if the chicken contained milk or eggs cause I have severe allergy’s and she saying it’s made with fillet with an attitude and I figure she just couldn’t hear so I asked again at the window and her an the manager said it doesn’t contain milk or eggs but them having an attitude made me not believe them and they never went to check they box for ingredients like everyone else n my bf googled it after n im definitely allergic so they could have killed me cause they didn’t wanna go look at a box

Made a mobile order on 2/25/2026 around 757pm went to pick up my food at 810pm waiting in line with 3 cars a head of me cars started moving no one answered. Said hello into the mic and the lady said we just pulled up when we had been there for 5 minutes. She asked for my name kept saying Dakota when my name is Kiara after 10 minutes of giving my name she said our food wasn't ready we had to come in. Out of fear of my order being messed with we left. Contacted support for a refund and have yet to get an answer.

ordered food, pulled to window, was asked 4 times what i ordered when i was the only car with an order taken - ordered a 4 piece spicy and was asked if 2 wings and mild was okay - after i had already paid. if that’s what i wanted to order i would have ordered it.

The chicken is so good, especially if your getting the free two piece because your doing the survey, that correct do the survey on the back of receipt and next visit buy a drink and get two free pieces and a biscuit

Garbage service every time I go. After tonight, im not going back. They mess up the order every time, and when I try to tell them they rang it up wrong, they act rude and usually don't fix it.
To the owner, I would look into the A.I. order takers i see at some drive thrus these days. It sucks that a.i. is taking people's jobs, but when i see how consistently bad peopleare at their jobs and how little they care if they mess up someone elses dinner (like at this location), i get it. At this location, I have gone out of my way to simplify my orders so they have less of a chance if screwing it up, but they still screw it up. It would be nice to not have to deal with the bad attitudes either.

Chicken has been consistently nasty. Real fatty wings and rubbery feel. The beans and rice is watery and rice is over cooked. Check your order BEFORE you drive off because the chicken may not be fully cooked let alone fried.
