Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I literally don’t even know why this location is still open. I have been twice in about a 30 day time span and both times they had no honey or no hot sauce! Idk who’s managing the place but they need fired immediately & closed down!

The food was just terrible every time I come here, something goes wrong. The Mac n Cheese was just a clump a cheese and bearly Mac, plus the chicken was overcooked and the biscuits like rock.

First off… the lady taking orders was screaming and taking the order of the car in front of us. She was yelling at them but in a weird nice was ending with “you’re welcome baby”. We pull up ask for the chicken tenders and she barely paid attention to what we were saying and then was rude to us when she couldn’t remember what we said. As we pulled away from the winder we said thank you and she said “yeah whatever!” We get home and the sauce was punctured in our bag and you could tell it was a finger that pushed through it. Pretty much, if you have any class and respectfulness at all don’t go to this one on Livingston…. They will treat you horribly. Ohh and the speaker was not working, that’s why we were at the window giving our order.

I get a messed up order almost every time I come even when I came to get the correct items they still bring me the wrong items . Side dishes are not full. Attitudes are big. No one comprehends anything. I hate to say this cause I love Popeyes I am done. Order after order wrong just can not get it right. All the employees go to the liquor store at this location so no wonder they never get my order right. Asked for blackens tenders btw. Did not eat any of the sides that’s how they came

The chicken they served was raw then complained about having to redo it, also told us the chicken would be "rubber" the food should be non edible

First they gave me two pieces of chicken instead of the sandwich I ordered.

I dealt with it. So I asked for some sauce.

They wouldn't give me the sauce for wings??

It's just sauce!

Side containers were only half filled.

I visited this location today and ordered 2 meals. The food was great but the attitude of the young lady (Khayla) was horrible. I had politely asked for a few more packets of honey and hot sauce, because when you visit some restaurants you must request condiments. After looking iny bag, however, I saw only 3 packets. It seemed as though asking for more was an issue. She gave me attitude. I decided to call the location and spoke with the manager, George. I told him what the issue was and he proceeded to ask what my order was. All he said was it would be handled. No apologize or anything. I believe in supporting black business, but if I went to Canal Winchester, this isn't the type of service I would receive. Guess they lost a customer. I will continue to visit CANAL WINCHESTER POPEYES. I ALWAYS GET GREAT SERVICE AND ITS A FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE AND GREAT FOOD

Overall...disgusted. I decided to try this Pipeyes cause it's in my 'hood'. I should've driven 8 miles out of my way. Look at that chicken. It's old as Hell! I got all the way to work to throw out a $10 meal ($9.51). Lesson learned....I will say it was fast service. Probably because most ppl already know to avoid them. Didn't want to go negative on atmosphere because I went through drive thru
