Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We were in a hurry and didn't realize this place was inside a mall when we ordered for online pickup. Then, the elevators weren't working which was an inconvenience. It would have been ok if we would have got good food though but we didn't get everything ordered. So, my husband called to inquire about it and the person argued with him that we got what we ordered. I have screenshots to prrove otherwise. Then, the chicken was still raw. So... i paid money i don't have to have nothing to eat. We will NEVER come here again and it would be 0 stars but it's not an option.

Came here and the service wasn't so great... I got a chicken sandwich but the breading was soggy and my tea tasted gross. Like it had been sitting out in the sun all day after ice had melted in it. Not my favorite experience at Popeyes..

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Awful service and the food was terrible. My gf and i got food poisoning!!! Seriously stay away. The manager does not care, the food tasted off as it was. Should have never continued to eat!

the hispanic manager in the front has the worst attitude anytime Im placing order there. I dread coming here but it’s the only popeyes thats close by I cant wait until the one on lewis center opens up

Much more flavorful and higher quality than canes. More sides to choose from. Service was very fast food was fresh. My new favorite in the mall!

Chicken was soft and soggy and asked for an exchange and they said it would take 15 mins then after that they wanted the other wings back after they told me to throw it away. After I went to get new ones they said they wanted the old ones or you can't get the new ones, I'm like well you told me to throw them away????, then after eating new wings I feel sick and tummy hurts. They act like they don't speak English.

This place sucks they never have anything you need when you make an online order they don't call you or let you know that they're out of items and when you get there and ask for them to substitute or give you a refund on a single item they make you cancel your entire order also they pretend they don't understand English there horrible customer service they suck don't waste your money

Very rude staff and yells at customers when they get the order wrong or try to fight you stay away please

I withheld a 5 star rating due to their sweet tea. One of the things they're known for. The tea here has a sour taste like it has been sitting all day, warm. Thus is not the kinda tea I've ever had at a Popeyes location.

For it to be inside Polaris Mall it wasn't as fresh or as good as I thought it would be. We got a two piece meal and sides and the red beans and rice was super dry with very little beans. Overall not worth the price honestly.
