It’s in the mall which is misleading… didn’t want to come in here but was so hungry and tired I just dealt with all of this. It’s entirely self service and there was no option to make anything a combo so I had to pay double than I would have at a regular Popeyes. Never again.

This was my first time trying Popeyes, I ordered a 3 piece tender meal with red beans + rice, and Mac and cheese. The chicken was mediocre at best (definitely not fresh) and the beans were awful. Mac and cheese was good though lol

$70 and the order was wrong! Management is rude and hung up on me and refused to fix their mistake!

DISHONEST AND FAILURE TO CORRECT ISSUE! This Polaris mall location accepted an online pickup order from me for $47.03 (2 minutes) before they closed. I was unable get in the mall as it was secured by guard. A mall that closes at 8pm Saturday??) I left multiple voice messages (never answered phone in multiple days of trying) and have never received a return call. After a week the charge has never been credited and I have never received any return communication. This would never happen at Chic fil A !!

I hate to even write these words.

It feels like cheating on God’s chicken.

But it’s Sunday, so it wasn’t *really* cheating.

I wasn’t expecting to like it.

But I did. 😳

The spicy sandwich was crispy. Juicy. Hot (temperature). Not spicy enough, but I couldn’t get over how well it was cooked.

The sides were *okay*. Bland. A little boring. I was expecting more out of my Cajun Sparkle dust on the fries. My son liked the taste of the rice and beans but not the smell. My other son said the Mac n cheese was boring and tasteless.

Two out of three of us said we would return. Only for the sandwich though.

Very rarely do I ever leave negative reviews. This one deserves a negative 0 star. Yesterday, I ordered two 3 piece meals, one of the sides included mashed potatoes and gravy, the other one was mac & cheese. I received the most undercooked, Limp pieces of chicken I’ve ever tasted in my life. And instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy, I received two orders of mac & cheese that was extremely cold and nearly rock solid hard, I’m not even kidding. It was not edible at all. Threw it in the dumpster. Tried giving the rest of the chicken tenders to my cat, he wouldn’t even eat it . Also ordered two strawberry cream pies, didn’t receive either one of those.
This morning I wake up, and my stomach has the worst pains in it that I’ve felt in a long time, and I can’t stay out of the bathroom. Popeyes was the only thing I ate yesterday. This place needs to shut down immediately, especially based off these horrific reviews.

I made my mobile order and was up there 8 minutes later. I waited about 30 total. It looked like one woman was doing the bulk of the work while everyone else chatted. If they had been slammed and everyone was working I would have not been irritated. I gave this place a second chance after the first time. That was a bad idea.

The dining room was clean, but the restroom, as with most any restrooms in any restaurant in the U.S. was dirty.
