Completely incompetent. I placed an order through the drive-through, my dog was on the backseat of my car. The lady on the drive-through yelling that she was allergic to dogs and will not even open the window to communicate properly, completely tacky and uncalled for. I did not ask her to help my dog hit him or anything like that so I have no idea why the yelling and the nonsense was all about so I stepped inside of the store, the manager was there, and did absolutely nothing about it. Did not even made the attempt to get my order or anything like that. I will never come back here for sure.

This is the worst place. It's not clean, and they don’t service the customers' bathrooms. It's not clean—stay away, please

Lol this place is a joke right? Like I legitimately expected to be on a prank TV show with the experience... Absolutely disgusting, rude people, dirty with roaches and flies all around. How the heck did you get a new build to be so awful!? What a failure by the Popeyes team, disgusted.

Nice people/cust service, but fries were old and refried. They are always out of things on their menu it’s a hit or miss at any given time for fresh or old food. Not worth the risk. Popeyes on Hamilton Rd always has fresh food but poor customer service

Nikita was the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Her spirit is pure and her service was outstanding. Popeyes is known for its rude staff and service but not with her.

Moved from the other location a little bit up Cleveland. Brand new building. Seems to be quite a bit faster than the last time I went to the other location .

Only complaint was that they didn't quite have all the wing sauce flavors and they didn't include the signature sauce for my order, but will chalk that up to new location not quite having everything shipped from HQ yet.
