I was about to heat up my mac and cheese and saw this on the inside of the bowl. Not sure what it might have been but.Thank gosh I saw this before eating it.

If there was 0. I would give ia 0. The Red beans and rice was dry and over cooked. The Chicken was salty, and very under cooked. I tried to call, they hung up on me . A waste of time and money.

Service was the worst I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. They were rude even taking my order and very pushy to hurry. The car in front of me drove off because of the same issues. Gave us wrong items which were spicy sandwich, nothing had pickles or mayo like they’re supposed too. Forgot our large fry, which we had to ask for and ask for a fork to eat our Mac n cheese which we got sighed at for. Asked for blackened ranch got same treatment. Supposed to had large drink and got regular. At that point we were too upset to ask to get it. Which we asked for Coke Zero anyhow and at the order box was fine because we were rushed but when getting to pickup the girl said well I don’t have that so what do you want? One employee standing by food prep stuffing food in their mouth while we waited. When we asked about our large fry boy yelled I put it in their bag at us. I said no you didn’t and showed them my bag she just handed me. Then after we left and drove 10 minutes away my girlfriend’s sandwich she bit into was chewy like rubber and looked like it wasn’t even all the way cooked. So tossed that and hope she doesn’t get sick. Mine was supposed to be regular and ended up being spicy. All around worst experience ever. We actually drove to this one because it had better reviews than others and we had a bad experience at a different one before and never complained and didn’t want to experience it again. At least the fry’s were good I suppose. Forgot about using any napkins or asking because we didn’t get any and weren’t about to ask for those.

I got there a little early, and waited until they opened. I ordered the wrap bundle with ONLY CHEESE AND EXTRA CHEESE!!! I got my wraps with ranch on them, no extra cheese, and they didn't give me my dipping cup. Dude who gave me my order seem to have an attitude, if you don't like your job, quit and go home, find another one, don't know how to satisfy customers, so I threw my food away!!
That's $10-12 down the damn drain, highly upset the crew don't listen!!!

This location has definitely improved since the last time I was there. My order was wrong, but I checked it before I left, and when I reported it they immediately replaced my one incorrect chicken sandwich for two sandwiches.

So, I don’t even know where to begin. Never have I experienced such disgusting treatment. I’m not from around here but back at home I order out from Popeyes here and there, not frequent enough that I’m familiar with everything on the menu or the menu “lingo”. I ordered wings. Lady said what kind of wings do you want. So I’m looking. Hell. Wings are different at every restaurant and being in a drive thru line I feel kind of rushed. I say classic. She said “so you want boneless?” I said, “I want bone in.” So now she’s yelling at me through the speaker. I was thinking, WOW. So flabbergasted 😮. Had no words. Like damn, isn’t “classic” a regular chicken wing with no seasoning? When I finally got my order right and pulled through to the window. Young man at the window said, how you doing ma’am. I just laughed, handed him my card and said don’t know, I just got yelled at.

Worst service ever. Someone like that should not
be working in customer service. I won’t be coming to this location again.

My driver was having a bad day and I decided to stop at Popeye's on my way home to grab her sandwich so she could calm down. I have to say everything was fantastic. I ordered on the app And I tried to call to change the order a little bit over the phone but the gentleman that answered the phone was very respectful when he told me that they were very busy and I would have to come in to speak to them. I was cool with that. So we get there and everything was perfect and hot and fresh. I saw the manager inside and she was kind as well. I wish that ALL of the others can learn from this location.

This location seems to all race operate under its own rules and regulations. I've encountered issues at this property that I've never encountered at any of the Popeyes. Ever like you don't get a biscuit with your chicken or hurry up and wait for cold food or the staff is meter than pit bulls. And operate with absolutely no regard. It's almost like they feel like they're doing you a favor when you stop by and spend your money.
The place appears to always be next to empty if not m. P in an area to where there are several hotels and plenty of business to be had. I can only assume that the lack luster surface and poor quality of the product. It's the reason why because even if the order is made to your specifications. It's usually either cold or old or taste. Horrible don't waste your money here

Lesson learned: Do NOT ever go to this Location. I hate leaving 1 star reviews, but this is unacceptable. This was over $10.00. Over $10.00 for this?! The service was rude, I was yelled at by the people in the drive thru.

This is beyond appalling. I genuinely do not know how this location is still in business.

I went thru the drive thru to order 3/$6.00 big box meals and it was horrible. The one that had fries with red beans and rice and the other two has mash potatoes and red beans and rice. 1st fries was old not fresh, the chicken was not hot has been sitting original. The only thing that was warm was mashed potatoes and red beans and rice since they were already packed and in the warmer. My husband end up getting sick and throwing up. Not for sure if the chicken was sitting too long or the grease. I only go thru there when I go to the hair dresser. This time was not satisfied spending $18.00 is not what I like to do when the food is old.
