I’ve never been inside but 3 years of living on this side of town and coming through the drive through the workers here; specifically the women are always on point! Always friendly, always accurate and my food is always hot! They don’t get the appreciation they should

They never have any food ready. There's ALWAYS a 25-30 minute wait.

The only reason I go anywhere near northern lights anymore is for this Popeyes. I see all these bad reviews recently, but I got a family bundle off the app today and everything was on point. My daughter took her food before I could get a picture of everything, but this also included tenders and fries for like $30. I picked my order up today around 6:40pm on 2/26 and everything was perfect! The service was also good.
The ONLY reason I want to give less stars is because like 2 mo ago I was told they had no chicken on the bone. Also the service was beyond rude.

We did the drive-thru got the two original chicken sandwiches one of them was cold as ice and the other chicken sandwich felt like it had been wet and then thrown in the microwave for 10 minutes I just wanted to say I won't be returning this place really needs to be closed down because service there last few times it's been disgusting the foods disgusting You go for crispy chicken sandwich and it tastes like they dipped it in pickle juice and then throw it in the deep fryer for a wet sopping disgusting wet breading No thank you Not on my dime no more because they ain't nobody trying to pay me back my money and I don't want no credit

A heavy set woman lobbed profanities at me on christmas eve after I waited 20 minutes for an order and dared to ask what took so long. Food was cold. Granted its Popeyes, but it says something about you to be the WORST popeyes.

Was a cheat day, so I decided to get fried chicken.... big mistake. They didn't have a lot of spicey chicken left....and this was about 6:15 p.m.. The pieces they gave us barely had any chicken....just skin. Wasn't hot but luke warm. My mistake to go to this location. Wasted money, Never again.
