This place is a mess…. Ordered the wings cold and hard as ever! Sauce was poured on top. I stop getting the chicken because it was never fresh. I know everywhere is low on help. But this place never is on point! Had to wait for garbage.. Rude workers. Got the nerve to want a tip. Hmmm $$$$ waisted. 2 spoons of mac and cheese. WHAT A JOKE.

I arrived to popeyes parking lot on Sunday April 7 around 4:23pm. As soon as I parked an employee from inside gestured to me to go through the drive thru. Then he proceeded to lock the door. I continued to the drive thru, tried to place my order of the popcorn shrimp combo, but was then informed that they didn't have any but there was butterfly shrimp instead. I said that's fine and told her I wanted a frozen lemonade. Then I was told they only had coke, diet coke and sprite. Then I asked "well is there mac and cheese", she said "let me check". She then came back through the speaker and told me there was. I told her I was done with that order, but I had another order to place. Then she told me I had to go back through the drive thru line to place it. I asked her why when I was told to go through the line in the first place. Then she just told me that's what I would have to do to place the second order, I told her to cancel the order and then I left. If a restaurant is limited to food then that should have been announced in the beginning. If you prevent a customer from entering, but still providing service through the drive thru, then you should be accommodating. I don't understand why she just couldn't take the order KNOWING the inside was closed. Especially since majorith of what I wanted was gone and I still chose to place an order.

The chicken was fresh and juicy and the mashed potatoes with gravy was good. The macaroni and cheese was not fresh you could tell it had been sitting and the biscuits were dry.

The person taking drive thru orders was very rude, and rushing you. The last 3 times I went here they messed up something on my order and I didn't realize until I got home. Not only did they mess up my food orders, one time they decided to upsize my order and charge me more when I specified what I wanted a couple different times. Another time a girl tried to give me half full cups of soda, and one had paper in my drink, when I asked about it she said they were "out of Coke" and didn't say anything about the paper in my drink, but I heard her boss telling her it was just low and needed switched out ? so she gave me something else for our drinks but she really tried to give me half full cups and wasn't going to say anything. I won't go back here, if you're in the area, the location on 161 is so much better and more deserving of your time and money!

The male cashier is very rude and definitely needs to be educated on how to talk to people. The restrooms are down no signs up letting people know that dinner room floors are disgusting looks like they haven't been swept or mop in months.

Came here 3/17/23 at around 7:30 pm, I placed a online order for pickup inside restaurant the doors were closed, I then had to go in the line and wait since I paid online for my order I waited in the line for about 15 minutes once I got to the speaker I was told it was closed because of short staff I said I placed a order online before they closed and he said that he didn’t care that it was closed because of short staff, I’ve seen McDonald’s still run with a longer line and quicker when they were short staff. Let me tell you if you looked at the window you could see all the chicken in the background ready these guys were just lazy to take orders and box them up it wasn’t like they had to cook chicken. This place is a disgrace Lazy Workers, close at 7:30 when it says it closed at 11 pm at night.
The food is so good here. The chicken nuggets are super crispy and the staff was friendly.

Don’t come here with kids. Always love Popeyes chicken and try their popcorn shrimp if you haven’t already…but…brought my kid today who wanted nuggets but they don’t keep them hot at this location. So we ended up waiting 20 minutes after we paid still no food and the excuse was they were still working on my daughter’s 4 chicken nuggets. To be fair they didn’t fight a refund too much and my daughter had Wendy’s nuggets less than then five minutes later.

We ordered two sandwiches and a 5pc tender non combo. The 5 pc cost $16 while the menu says 5pc combo for $14. Math seems off. Why would I pay more and get less. People are walking out the store because the staff is not being friendly
