Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Pull up and have two cars in front of me both pull off mad quick without ordering because the employee on the headset was telling them to wait which usually understandable but when it’s literally 10 minute wait while another employee runs across the street to grab a pizza I’d be upset too. Once I got to the intercom with my online order it took them another 10 minutes to even have it ready mind you all I had was a chicken sandwhich and fries. 1/5 don’t come gang stand clear and go to canes or something fr. P.s- bag smelled like boo boo didn’t even eat it wasted 10 dollars smh

The workers here don’t do anything but chill and hang out because the parking lot is always empty yet they NEVER have any chicken prepared. Doesn’t matter what time of day you show up it’s always “we don’t have any chicken dropped it will be 20 minutes “! Typical of lazy people that just show up to work to get a check, but what they don’t realize is if the store is shut down they will be out of a job. No job equals no check. It’s annoying having to drive all over just to get Popeyes because the one right around the corner has terrible employees. To the owner fire everyone there and get better workers before you lose your store. Theres one exception. The late night manager with the dreads. He’s always working hard. It’s everyone else there.

No managers or employees working today on black Friday that could sell gift cards. It's disappointing because you'd think on black Friday they'd be trying to make money or up sell gift cards.

My family loves Popeyes normally but this location is just so very inconsistent with service yet consistently poor in food quality.

The person that took our order should not be able to take orders or be on the drive-thru or serving because she had been completely rude when she was taking our order had give us attitude the whole time and it had made it feel like a hostile atmosphere was not nice at all throughout the whole transaction, and handing other people's orders before ours when we had order first and we had been asked to pull forward, also we received our food cold, and we had been sitting waiting for more then 45 minutes they also had full staff. I am very disappointed with how we were treated and how long it took for the wait.

Went through the drive-thru just wanted five apple pies have been waiting for over 25 minutes for them.

Terrible.. & I mean TERRIBLE customer service. There was zero cars behind us in line on a Saturday afternoon & the lady taking orders was rushing us faster than getting your kids out the door for school in the morning! We ordered two meals with zero customizations. Terrible attitude & rude when paying. Couldn’t provide us with a receipt. Brought food out to the car & acted like we should be grateful that she allowed us to get food from her.

The food was still what we like to call BUSSING! lol no but really we would never return. Ownership… please… she is HORRIBLE at her job. God bless.
