Food is good but as most of the reviews said, no use of placing the order earlier through app because when you ask for your order there that's the time they'll realize you placed an order and will start preparing it by making you wait. Additionally, short on supplies.

Never have anything ready even during lunch rush. Short on almost everything 2 hours before close. Never had any issues with the Broad St. restaurant. Even witnessed not up to temp chicken being served after they realized the warmer was not functioning correctly. Be safe friends if you visit this restaurant.

Bad customer service. I ordered 45’ ahead because the previous time I made wait for 30’ after I picked the time to pick up and they gave my order to someone else The manager said it was my fault because I didn’t call ahead. Never come back.

Ordered spicy legs and thighs only through the app. Still received mixed pieces. Thought the app would make it easier to get the pieces right since there's basically a list of what's specified. Still messed up.

I've eaten here several times over the past 9 months. Its never fast but its always delicious. I always use the app to order. Only once did they forget to put my fries in the bag, but when I said something they gave them to me without trouble.

Someone needs to get this place under control. I placed a mobile order and waited 20 minutes in line because they will take someone’s order have them pull around and get them completely served before they will take the next customers order. Then when it was finally my turn they didn’t have my food ready and had me park. I waited for another 15 minutes for some chicken tenders. This location has been like this for years. I only come to this location because it is the closest by a couple miles. The staff is grouchy 9 times out of 10.
