Young man with long dreads is extremely rude and not good at his job. Forgot an item I ordered and let me sit at the window for a while, then came to the window and opened it with a nasty attitude because of his mistake not the first time he’s been rude!

The store didn't have the full order I was requesting between mild and spicy chicken so I agreed to an alternative because they said the wait would be extremely long. It ended up not being what I agreed to at all. Also, I ordered two apple pies and received random cheesecake? pies instead. My question is to the workers who prepared the order. How do you feel when you this happens to you?; respect that people are spending their hard earned money. I would not recommend the establishment because you will not get what you order, even if an alternative is selected. Do better, that's all.

expect to wait about 20 min for a single combo just for them to not even get the shit right. i was charged extra for my wings to be extra wet and they didnt put any sauce on it at all, the fries were very cold, and i only got 1 biscuit when i ordered and was charged for 3.

Please have more workers at this location please. They are constantly drowning when I come in. It is a hard watch. Food is usually good when I get it but sometimes I'm waiting 30 minutes which is really unfortunate. And it's hard to have good service when you have a bunch of people screaming that they don't have their food. I'm not blaming the workers because it seems like they are just constantly flooded. I think I've been charged incorrectly a few times as well.

One thing this Popeyes never have is original chicken. After 8pm get ready to wait till 30 mins for your chicken. The number line it’s “pull up front and park” the second favorite is their fryers are off. After 8pm If you’re close to another popeyes like New Albany please pivot there instead.

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a 2 PC meal. No napkins and no spoon to eat my potatoes with. Couldn't give a better rating because I couldn't eat everything.

Most times I go here they won’t have something I’ve already ordered online. But they are convenient with substituting things

I do not recommend going unless it is 10 hours before closing. I went to order something at 10 pm, an 12 piece family combo, and basically the girl did not want to serve us and kept repeating that she only had one person in the kitchen and that the order was going to be 20 to 30 minutes late, we told her that it was ok to wait, and the girl kept insisting on the 30 minutes, we asked her if there was a problem and she said that she couldn't say no but obviously she wanted us not to order, long story short we ordered at 10 and the girl came to us with the order of the 12 pieces, but without the sides so I ordered a salad and some potatoes, I quickly went to the drive thru again to ask about my sides and the girl gave me a salad and said that at that time they did not have fries after waiting 40 min. Terrible experience.

I think this is the worst location one time I came to this store and the worker wanted to fight me because I ordered too fast. I did complain to corporate and the owner tried to call me several times but I never called bac. I ordered through door dash last week they didn’t give me the right sandwich and today they messed up my order again. Is no pickle really that hard?!?! I’m done giving them another chance.

It took 26 minutes to get my order! The guy said they entered short staffed. THIS LOCATION NEVER EVER HAS ENOUGH EMPLOYEES!! Thet always take forever, and some of the employees are VERY unprofessional!!!

I like my chicken right out of the cooking oil. The cashier told me to wait a few minutes and I sat right down and waited. It was the best wait ever. Great service and great spiced chicken.

Usually I am very satisfied with Popeyes, but not today. We stopped to pick up 5 pieces of chicken (3 thighs, 2 breasts), 2 mashed potatoes, 2 biscuits. The pieces of chicken were nowhere comparable to what we’ve had in the past. My thigh didn’t have the equivalent of meat to 3 Wendy’s chicken nuggets. The potatoes were only about 3/4 full. To say I am disappointed is an understatement! Is this Popeyes policy for the weekends and/or if we have a coupon?
Normally we love the chicken because the pieces are so much meatier than KFC. Not this time.

The chicken was dry and cold, and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The staff were friendly. If you're planning to order the kids 4ct boneless meal, be prepared to wait about 7 minutes for them to be freshly cooked. The food quality needs improvement.
