It is clear that the management of this restaurant is failing. I strongly invite you to review the organization and training of your teams, and to replace employees who obviously do not want to work in good conditions of respect and professionalism.
For my part, I will no longer attend your establishments, and neither will my family. I deeply regret that your company allows such a situation to continue, because it scares away both customers and delivery people.

I ordered 2 orders of the signature hot 6 Classic Bone-In Wing for the buy 1 get one deal and one of their Cinnamon Apple Pies. They sprinked A LOT of cinnamon sugar on both orders of chicken. It came in separate containers so it was very clear that this was an intentional act of malice. I rarely order from popeyes due to the poor quality vs value ratio, but this is the nail in the coffin. Absolutely terrible, as I should have expected.

Terrible experience here today. A group of us dined inside at this location, and after getting our food we asked for the code to the restroom, only to be told “we don’t have public restrooms”. What type of restaurant does not offer restrooms to its patrons? Horrible. And the employees were not pleasant to deal with at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I stood in line for 25 minutes, all the while the manager told the employees to focus on thei door dash order over the customer's in house. I ordered door dash and it arrived.toy.housr fastest than my ordered was taken. You should really reconsider who you hire as manager.

There's a stupid manager working at night around 11pm, who yells at people in the store for no reason. I have observed her with the couple of door dashers, where she goes really crazy on them like they her servants. It's a shame that this came from the manager herself. She should be fired immediately!!!

I received my order missing items, and completely not what I ordered , I called the store and the manager she was sooooo rude and she hang up the phone on me. I would recommend no one goes there or order from them , the worst service ever, I can't believe that could happen in USA.

I was just there and I walked in the door and it was a restaurant full of people for doordash and everything like that and I waited it was a guy in front of me with his child and they took his order I was standing there approximately almost 30 minutes they took his order and she walked away The lady comes out the back and yells we're not taking no more inside orders looking directly in my direction and she was the manager I would never ever in my life go back to this Popeyes again

Went in yesterday to get chicken. I had to wait 15 minutes because the chicken wasn’t ready. They wouldn’t take my order until the chicken was up so that delayed everything also the manager was rude to her workers. She is rude to the people. She’s always rude and she doesn’t need to work in customer service because she’s rude and disrespectful.

I just wanted a lemonade frozen and because it’s was a extra task for her to up charge me she choose not to do it !! After I damn there peed myself waiting for the food because they won’t let anyone use the bathroom so I paid for food couldn’t empty my bladder and was still willing to pay more .. people have to learn to give a little I was a sup in customer service for 3 years and sometimes just makes someone’s day .. if it was that much trouble just give me the dam drink make ur customers happy .. ppl would excel if they could just simply be nice .. also I’m writing this saturated in pee so thanks lady made my day
