For the third time in 2 weeks they wouldn't honor my rewards given in my app. No explanation just it ain't come off, idk why and ain't nothing we can do. It's always something with this store!! Manager never even came up to try and fix it as the cashier just kept looking at the app oblivious and lost repeating idk why, I see it but idk what to do. Needless to say guess I'll be going to cane's now for my chicken fix. I've spent a lot of money fir me, my crew and homeless at this location on n high and for me not to be able to use rewards I've EARNED on different occasion with no help or explanation is completely ridiculous, unprofessional and wrong!!! I for real feel robbed and lied to!! And they make sure u can't speak with corporate or anyone to help or correct any issues. Just unacceptable!!!

Always ridiculously busy with uber eats orders, but that’s obviously not their fault. They’re surprisingly pleasant in there considering every other second someone else shoves a phone in their face asking for a delivery order. Just a warning to people who think they’re coming in for a quick bite during dinner hours. You’ll be waiting for a while.
The food is always on point. Never had one issue with the quality there.

I've always had a positive experience at this Popeye's location, even during some of the busier times during an OSU game or nearby event. Rarely have I ever had to wait an excessive amount of time, and those rare instances of longer wait time are usually attributable to waiting on those delicious strawberry biscuits to come fresh out of the oven.
The staff is always friendly and give off a fun vibe, and I always feel welcome whenever I come by to indulge in some of my beloved Popeye's chicken. Keep up the outstanding work!
I really like Popeyes. This location is awful. Wait is always ridiculously long even if they are well staffed and there’s no line. Food is also noticeably subpar compared to other Popeyes locations. Have never had a good experience at this location. Would love it if they could get their shit together. They also skimp. The Mac and cheese (which costs extra) was less than the standard portion and they gave me the smallest, saddest looking tenders ever.

This has to be the absolute worst Popeye's Chicken in the whole world. The people that work there are always disrespectful, I understand that you are busy being on the Ohio State campus, but that is no reason to be hateful to people and to be rude to them as wel.l If you don't like your job,then quit, and find another one that you don't like as well but at least find one to where you're not so miserable every single time you wake up, and go,and to go to work.

This Popeyes is close to the Union. The place is always clean, service is fast, and Wi-Fi is available. I like Popeyes spicy chicken burger the most. The signature fried chicken tastes juicy but the spicy one tastes not spicy at all. The gravy on mashed potato tastes bland. The biscuit tastes great with self serving jams.
