My recent experience there was incredibly disappointing. Despite receiving notification that my order was ready, I was forced to wait an additional 30 minutes upon arrival.Furthermore, I was deeply disturbed by the discriminatory behavior of certain staff members, who appeared to prioritize customers based on race. This type of conduct is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the branch.

This place is always clean with fresh hot food. I travel to this location. It makes me sad how overwhelmed this location is and how I see the hard working staff doing their best to keep up woth the demand and the bad attitudes that come with it. I'm not a fast foodie, but when in the mood I go to this location and wait for my food, because it is so worth it. I applaud the staff here...just know that someone notices. You all are amazing. ??Parking: Paid parking on street. Order on APP so you can run in real quick and grab your food without paying for extremely short period of time parking.
Ordered a promotional deal with Popeyes rest on n. High street they confirmed my ordered charged my bank card and failed to deliver my order. This is a very poor excuse of a business and I am very disappointed they scammed me on a chicken

Stood in line for 30 minutes. That is a long time to stand in a line. Hard to be too mad, because they were hustling but 30 minutes is 30 minutes. The DoorDash and Uber Eats orders seemed to take wild priority. I watched 20+ DoorDash orders before I even got to order. They really need to have separate operations for each. Again I saw them hustling, it’s not an employee problem it’s a management problem.
Unprofessional workers who do not know the meaning of customer service. They never smile and treat you with contempt. I do not advise you to visit this branch because they will transfer negative energy to you. Those in charge must change the behavior of their employees or they will lose the reputation of this restaurant.

No matter what time of day or what you order, the food is always hot and fresh. I travel all the way from Finneytown to this location. This location has two drive-thru's and a clean eating area inside. Worth the travel.

My friend says he purposely goes here whenever he gets blocked up and needs to poo. Works. Every. Time. Spicy is supposed to be spicy, but it's not. Somebody's either taking hot mix home or something bc we're both always disappointed and just try to make up for it with hot sauce. It's not the same. I don't want to fix the food I pay money for someone else to make for me bc I'm too tired. Popeyes spicy is good at other locations, so it's not me it's definitely you, North High location. Fix the timing or spice amount or trim the lazy fat off personnel or whatever. IT'S DISAPPOINTING. Shame on you for claiming to be Cajun! Also, expect to run into people begging. Don't fall for it. Just do not stop. There's free food for homeless every day of the week. It's printed out on the Community Card.
