Stopped by Potbelly’s for lunch and it totally hit the spot. The sandwiches were fresh, packed with flavor, and made just the way I ordered. The bread was warm and toasty, which makes a huge difference. Staff was friendly and quick, even though the place was pretty busy. I also tried one of their shakes and it was seriously good. Overall, great food and a chill vibe—definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something tasty and not overcomplicated.

My family and I experienced exceptional customer service hospitality and delicious fresh food at this Potbelly's. Right when we stepped through the door, we were warmly welcomed by Meisha at the cash register. My husband accidently forgot to put in our order ahead of time, and she gracefully encouraged us to enjoy our drinks first while we settled down to wait for our food. Prior to coming in, I had a bad encounter with another store's rude staff member which dampened...

I had never tried Potbelly before but wanted a hearty sandwich and warm soup. I had the BLTA with a side of chicken pot pie soup. Absolutely delicious, also very much so appreciate the good service from the staff, and also the cleanliness of the restaurant. Will definitely be back!
