If you live in the greater Columbus metro area and have a hankerin' for a delicious Grilled Chicken Big on Multigrain bread - or any other item on the menu for that matter - it's worth the drive down to Broad Street to this location! You heard it here, there is NO staff that provides better customer service than the friendly folks at this location!

Very disappointed. Heard great things about their soup and sandwiches....sadly the food was not that good. Tomato soup had a very off flavor to it, was not edible. Sandwich, bread was toasted, I think they did that because it was stale. Crumbly and very hard and crunchy. Minimal meats etc on sandwiches. We paid $20 on lunch for 2, half of the food ended in the trash. We will not be back.

Best I've had outside of the DC/MD/VA area. Great customer service and friendliness. It was clean and the broccoli cheddar soup, Italian sandwich and chicken salad salad was on point.

Potbelly is decent. For what you pay, the sandwiches are a little on the narrow side. I ordered the "big" option for a pizza sandwich and I couldn't tell if they actually added any more meat to it.
