Great sandwich/sub shot. We love the hot meatball sub, and apple walnut salad. The salad is stacked full with apples, grapes, walnuts, cranberries, Bleu cheese, and chicken, and it's way bigger than it should be for the price!!

Very clean inside and out. Staff greeted me almost immediately. Hardly any wait to grab my pickup order (they were literally wrapping it up when I came in). The store and staff 5/5 stars. The sandwich 3/5 stars. Basic as basic can be turkey sandwich (ordered with extra mayo). Nothing exciting or attention grabbing about it.

The sub was drpping and greasy ...instead of mayo on the side it was slapped on the bread. The bread was brown on the edges and stale. Not sure what happened? Maybe too busy with it being Super Bowl Sunday? Their food is usually good. Not today.
$12.89 for a 9” turkey sub is Insane! Cashier told me the price and I walked straight out without the food ain’t no way in hell any sub is worth $13

$6.19 for a bowl of soup? I'll have to wait until I'm a millionaire before I buy at that price.Of all items that a person should be able to buy at a reasonable price, soup--the simplest food in the world--should be it. But of course you're not really interested in fair value but are much more interested in shamelessly extracting every last possible cent from everyone who walks through your door.But go on, tell me how you must charge $6.19 because sourcing soup is so expensive. The cost of water! The cost of cream! The cost of a few ounces of vegetables! Oh my!Unless you're a 5-star Michelin restaurant, and your head chef is personally sweating away at 5 a.m. to make this soup from a recipe his great-great-great grandmother gave to him when she cooked in Italy, do away with these insane and embarrassing prices.

This is starting to turn into my favorite sandwich shop. The atmosphere is nice and always clean. I do alot of to go orders, but this time me and my family ate inside. Either way the customer service is always good. The variety of sandwiches, sides and salads are good enough for anyone to find something they would like. The only things I have tried was soups and sandwiches now I'm looking forward to going back and trying the salads. To me this is a must try
I really enjoy the food here. My go to is a wreck, subbing out the salami for more game or turkey. So I guess it really isn't a true wreck. The people there work well behind the counter and are efficient in processing your order. The place is in general, good order. My biggest problem is every time I have gone, I have to clean off my own table. Those same people refuse to come out from behind the counter and wipe off a table. Some of those tables have a permanent stickiness to them and need an overhaul. Over all Good place.

I’d give the food no stars if I could got the Italian sub and it had me thin piece of capicola and pepperoni it was more bread and lettuce and meat, the meat and over pricedterrible.

Potbelly is my fav and this store is a disappointment with service. I’ve been twice to this store and they never got my order right. On top that the gift card machine doesn’t work during lunch. The food is good if you choose anything from the menu but the staff and service gets zero stars.
