An awesome pub! A lot of people were here for lunch and there were only two servers during lunch time, but they were efficient and friendly. The food was served fast and tasted juicy and fresh. They also had daily specials. I was here for the taco deal on Wednesday. The taco tasted fresh and juicy with amazing coney sauce.Vegetarian options: Salads

I’ve been here a handful of times and ordered a variety of menu items. Every time! EVERY TIME the food is ALWAYS satisfying and delicious. Press has a wide variety of beverages to sample. The portion sizes of entrees are enough to take home. The staff is attentive and friendly. I feel like this place is a great location to stop in and enjoy a beverage and good food after a long day at work.
It's been a while since I've been to a place that was just solid though and through like Press Pub On 5th. What a great find for a casual evening out on the patio. The menu is pretty standard for bar food- burgers and fries, salads, pizzas, etc. Their daily specials seem to be good. I started with gin and tonic (they didn't have black rum for a dark and stormy which was the only let down of the evening). Had a double cheeseburger (smash burger) for dinner with wedge fries. My wife had the regular fries with her Press burger, and they were awesome!! Better than my wedge fries, which were also cooked perfectly. The homemade ranch was a huge selling point. We both ate and drank for $46 before tip. Server was friendly and attentive. I'd definitely go back. I'm intrigued by the smoked pork sandwich and will be trying that next.

Didn't even get seated, it was very loud and was way too open, it felt like a pole barn with tables in it. I was expecting something a little more cozy. Sorry, but it didn't impress me for the time we spent standing there. Hostess was not very good.

Food is mediocre to pleasant, but the atmosphere and service leave something to be desired. Geniuenly it is more quiet and comfortable to sit on their patio with the traffic of 5th Avenue driving past. Everytime I've been here it has attracted the noisiest, most obnoxious patrons who believe that a conversation must be held by vociferous quorum - yelling, cackling, screaming to be heard no matter the subject matter. And the servers seem to have been addled by the noise. Unsmiling and dispassionate, usually giving no time to review menus, or even get settled once seated. A measly 6 onion rings cost $9, with a watery ranch that tasted sour and unsatisfying.

Bartender knows their drinks, always a plus. Friendly staff and good food. Had calamari and club on texas toast with a fried egg on top. Mainly cuz their Press Burger comes with egg and I thought it would be good. I was right, not disappointed.
