First time there and probably will not return. Had a reservation but had to share a table with another party. Server was slow, never got refills on drinks and wanted a burger which they were out of. Cole slaw was sour, burnt end beans were the same as regular beans. Drinks were not good. Ordered nachos, was told servers ran into each other so waited almost an hour for a remake. Not a good first impression.
I cannot stress enough how disappointing and downright awful my experiences at PBR Bar in Columbus have been. This was my second visit, and somehow, it was even worse than the first time, which had already left me in tears due to terrible service and outright rudeness. First, the mechanical bull—a key feature of the bar—wasn’t even running. We decided to stay and have a few drinks despite this. Last call was announced at 1:30 AM, and the bar was supposed to close at 2 AM, which seemed reasonable. However, at 1:35, the DJ announced, “Alright, time to get the hell out. Don’t drink and drive, but you can sip and swerve.” This was not only unprofessional but incredibly inappropriate, especially when you’re encouraging people to grab a final drink moments before essentially kicking them out. To make matters worse, security immediately began chasing people out—literally chasing us. My group was finishing up, grabbing our coats, and we were hurriedly followed by a security guard who looked ready to physically remove us, even though we were calm and respectful. Nearby, another group was also being pushed out, and when they protested about finishing their drinks, the security guard coldly replied, “I don’t care; you can finish it outside.” This level of aggression is absolutely unacceptable. If that wasn’t bad enough, the women’s bathroom was a horror show. One stall was missing a door entirely, another had a wet floor littered with chunks of something unidentifiable, and the sinks were overflowing with discarded paper towels. It was, without exaggeration, one of the most disgusting restrooms I’ve ever encountered in any establishment. It’s baffling that after being open for over nine months, this bar still hasn’t figured out basic cleanliness, decent customer service, or even how to handle closing procedures in a way that doesn’t feel hostile. PBR Bar had potential as a fun, unique concept, but this location is a complete disaster. I will never return, and I will actively warn others to avoid it at all costs.
I don't know what I was expecting, but this wasn't it. Extremely crowded. The floor was covered in spilled drinks. Nowhere to sit or put a coat. The line at the bar was long. The music was so loud we couldn't hear anyone. There were three stalls in the women's room - one had no door at all, and one had a door that wouldn't close. You can't watch anyone ride the bull as it is hidden in the back corner. This place is a waste of time.
Great country bar coupled with excellent hand foods and stellar service from Ashley and the rest of the staff. Will definitely come back!

I gave this place a second chance after almost getting shot at while just walking by, there’s probably still bullet holes in the side of the building. But yea doesn’t play country music anymore and probably needs to move to a different and safer location

The food here is pretty good honestly... but the service has always been an issue since they opened. Ate here once and it took 30 mins for our drinks to come to our table and a good hour plus for our food. This also used to be a very fun place 6+ months ago at night on the weekends, but they aren't a country bar anymore. Sad to see this place decline so hard so fast.

I had a fun night. My bartender Lexi C took great care of me and was very sweet. I could tell that she wanted to leave her station at the bar and dance on the dance floor.. Overall, I love the atmosphere! PBR for sure is a staple for country and dance music. Definitely gonna make it a regular spot. I hope this place never leaves Easton!

Was there for a few minutes. Wanted $300 for my mom who had surgery recently to have a chair (not even wanting a table) Then my brother sat down for a minute in a spot that had no body sitting there and supposedly it was reserved he agreed to move but got kicked out and called disrespectful for sitting there. A minute later people who also didn’t have that table and were standing on the benches and dancing. I asked if that was their table the guy at the front said no and they didn’t say a word to the other people sitting in a “reserved table.”

Went for burger beer week. Burger had really good pulled pork and toppings. Hamburger was a bit dense and tough. Fries were good. Nice atmosphere, busy for a weeknight.

Do not use your debit card here. They used mine to pay for our tab along with someone else’s tab days later. Luckily my bank doesn’t play light about that and immediately shut down the card and reported for fraud. I don’t expect them to be open long if they do this often.
Edit to add a reply to the owner:
Yeah y’all most definitely did charge me days later for a charge that had zero relevance to my original bill before or after tip. We were there on a Saturday and the charge posted immediately then Tuesday a whole separate charge showed up with zero relevance to anything. Even my bank said it was full separate charge days later and locked the card to sent me a new one.

We had a surprise birthday for my wife's 60th birthday for 100 people aged 18 to 85. Everyone had an amazing time. Staff was terrific. Ciara was extremely responsive leading up to the event helping us organize the surprise. She and her staff were incredible hosts for my wife and our guests. Our guests enjoying riding the bull, watching others ride the bull, dancing and watching others dance, all while enjoying the drinks and atmosphere. We could not have picked a better venue or service provided by staff.

Be careful using your card at this place just bring cash unless you would like to be double charged. We went to PBR last Friday and paid with card and now Monday they charged my card again.
