This is a great hotel awesome service and beautiful rooms. Mr. King was the best valet he took great care in making sure our ride was ready when we needed i. Great care and attention to detail at the FYR made our night cap a perfect end to a busy day.

Terrible hotel if you are interested in sleeping or comfort. My husband is a diamond member and we received an email that we were upgraded. It was more like degraded. The bed was uncomfortable with cheap bedding and standard size pillows pillows for a king bed. The AC wall unit was extremely loud..Motel 6 hotels have quieter units. Our room was also placed directly across from the Novak bar with screaming patrons and loud music until 2 am each night. When complained to the employee at desk they offered ear plugs and indicated all even number rooms faced the noisy bar. It would have been nice if that was mentioned on check in. Our check in was not until late the first night or we would have requested a change of room. We were exhausted at the end of our stay from lack of sleep. Otherwise, the room was clean and the free breakfast acceptable. Good location for restaurants. only reason for a 2 star. This hotel did not live up to the Hilton standards and the price they charged per night.

Great location in the heart of Columbus. New hotel so everything was clean and in great condition. Friendly and helpful valet staff (Mr King). The rooftop bar is a must see with great views of the city.

Didn't stay at this Hilton; there was a snafu with the cancellation which apparently didn't go through, though my overnight trip to Columbus had long been canceled. First I knew about it was when I got an email bill receipt for a room I didn't stay in. Called Diamond desk; they helpfully said they would check with Manager Angela for a credit "which is usually given, '' even if just to use at the Hilton property in question. But never heard back from anyone; ten days later re-called a now unhelpful Diamond Desk and was told that Manager Angela had rejected any idea of a credit as there was no record of a cancellation ("gotcha!"). It would seem sticking a couple of hundred dollars in her pocket is more important than the loyalty of Hilton's best customers; doesn't say much of how Columbus Hilton would treat one if one actually stayed there. Avoid -- stay at downtown Columbus Sheraton or Hyatt instead.

Me and my colleagues were staying here for the weekend and everthing was phenominal! We were greeted by Tae, Asia, Jaden, and Jack at valet and they helped us with all our luggage and pointed us in the right direction. They also kept our car out front for us while we checked in because we had dinner reservations down the street. Their service was very much appreciated!

Had the privilege of meeting Mr. Abdi. He’s a well spoken young handsome man. He walked us through our parking options and gave us food recommendations. He provided us with a property map. He then had “Blessings” walk me to my meeting space when I told him the hotel is huge. Both men need recognition for their hard work.

Stayed two nights. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly clean and quiet. The restaurant has great breakfast and dinner. Valet Conner helped us with our car. Bananas Foster French toast was amazing for breakfast. For dinner the gnocchi was incredibly tasty. We didn't come for the convention center but the hotel is attached to it.

Tea was phenomenal! Very professional and gave great customer service. I will come back. Room was clean, great view, excellent amenities. Receptions staff was professional, and answered all of my questions. Did frequent check ins to make sure my state was great.

This small hotel bakery has the expected assortment of coffee styles as well as fairly large baked goods. I got the cinnamon bun, which was very filling. Getting an iced coffee here was a good choice before I walked across the street to the convention.
This is one of the most well-run hotels I've stayed at. To a person, the people who work here are unfailingly friendly, professional and welcoming. The restaurant food is surprisingly good. Location is perfect and I always feel very comfortable here.
