Service from Erika was terrible. Didn’t ask us about drink refills and forgot our sides of bbq sauce. Stayed away from our table for long periods of time and didn’t pay attention to us. I have been coming to this location since 2002…never had service this bad. Not pleased.

Unfortunately after Manny years of great food and service my whole family and I were treated very poorly. We waited in the lobby for a few minutes with no service and decided to sit at the bar. (Have done this many times with my kids with no problems. They love sitting up there.) The current bar tender walked away from us immediately as we sat down. Several minutes later someone came up and told us we couldn't sit there with the kids. Mind you not young children. Teens. We were told to sit at a table in the same section so we did. Several minutes go by and nothing. So we decided to leave. This is unfortunate because I frequent this place bringing plenty of people with me and we all tip exceptionally. Will give it another shot eventually but currently I'm very disappointed.

Vegetarian options: Cauliflower wings are very good. Highly recommended just for this.

The food was great both times I was here but both times the service was terrible the first time we waited 30 minutes just to get our drinks and the second time we came they were empty and decided to sit us at a dirty table then wiped it down then it was soaked the table and seat both my pant was soaked when I stood back up to leave

Very disappointed I called twice for a pick up order and talked to the same person who seemed irritated to help. The pickup person was disabled and needed to use the inoperable pick up window. Waited about 20 minutes after both calls and left without the food
It was all great except for one bartender who was very unpleasant everything else was extremely good day shift bartender

No consistency whatsoever. Super disappointing. Obviously, still don’t care about their customers. This place Has been going downhill for years. I can’t continue to spend my money here when obviously it’s not appreciated or respected whatsoever. Spend X amount of money on wings and can’t even get a simple ranch cup because this place has become so stingy. Used to be a great place for wings Used to get all the ranch you wanted extra Candy in your bag. Now it’s just rude people attitudes. Expecting a tip for basic service. Thanks so much, Angie for solidifying the terrible service you guys are not providing.

Really late to the party on this as my visit there was over a month ago. But i was there with a friend of mine for endless wings. This particular night the service was extremely slow and there was a party of 50 high school age kids that showed up, making service that much slower. We only had 5 orders delivered in one hour. Being very discontent with the slow service we asked to speak with management. I cant remember her name but the manager came and spoke with us and I think she was expecting some hostility. Initially there was tension between her and us. But as the conversation developed and she realized we werent there to make a big scene of things, she was more willing to hear us out. We requested some free wings as a consolation and she accommodated our request, and the wings came out within minutes. At the end of the day the service was incredibly slow. BUT management did understand our frustrations and took good care of us with some free wings. So kudos to her for taking care of us
