Had a great experience at R Bar! Ryan was an outstanding bartender — super welcoming, genuine, and made me feel comfortable right away, even as a first-time visitor. Excellent service all around, and the burger was absolutely top-notch. Highly recommend!
R Bar is the perfect bar to go to before a game or to hang out in the arena district. The beer flows perfectly and the atmosphere and staff are awesome. With that being said it is basic bar food and I would argue some of it is less than mediocre. The food I ordered this go around was designated just to keep the beer down and the stomach covered. It was actually not appetizing I felt it was something I could have made better at home given cheese sticks and a quesadilla are...
Went before a Blue Jackets game. Definitely the best hockey bar in town, nice decor, let me charge my phone behind the bar in exchange for this 5 star review. Food was good not great, great Gameday specials and attentive staff.
